# True Cowboy - 15yr Palomino Quarter Horse Gelding - $500

Cowboy is said to be about 14hh and in his mid teens. He is said to be broke to ride and is only in this situation due to a death. His previous home is being sold and he has found himself homeless. He is said to be very sweet and was reported to have no visible or soundness issues. He seems like a nice horse and is cute as can be. He deserves a new home for this coming new year. Auction Horses staff have not seen this horse in person and these are the only photos we have at this time.

Sold on 12/31/2017
# Tinsel -   Varnish POA Mare - $400

Tinsel is said to be broke to ride, but not for an absolute beginner. She stands approx 14hh and appears to be in good body condition and at a good weight. She was bought for a child but she was too much for them. I have not seen her in person and these are the only photos I have at this time. I do know she was starved at one point in her past and was part of a neglect situation, but has since been rehabbed. I don't have an age on her but don't think she is old. If anyone is interested in purchasing or viewing her please contact Sam at 360-584-5299. Her deadline is Friday morning 12/29/17.

Sold on 12/29/2017
#527 Upper - 1yr Bay  Mare - $300

Upper is a young unbranded mustang who ran through the sale loose with 4 others. I would estimate her age somewhere around a year. She looked to be sound from what I could see and had no issues that I saw. She is going to be a great project for someone and has a nice pretty blaze. She will need to be paid for by noon on 12/18/17. There will be no extensions on this group.

Sold on 12/18/2017
#516 Uplifting - 9yr Bay / White Paint Mare - $400

Uplifting was led through the auction. She was said to be a 9 year old mare who had been used for trails. She was not sound and it was said that she had sore knees. This statement was supported by her swollen, lumpy knee. She was led well through the ring and seemed to be a well behaved mare. She stands approx 14'3hh and has 2 beautiful blue eyes. This mare is a gem, sweet, and she seems very kind. She was hesitant at first but warmed up to soak up love and attention. She was easy to handle, seemed to have a very mellow personality, and got along great with the other horses in the pen, but mostly kept to herself. We are not vets and cannot diagnose, but I did see what appeared to be a couple sarcoids or warts in her ear. They are pictured in the photos. Her hooves will also need to be trimmed and have some chips and minor cracks. This nice mare just needs a soft place to land with an easier life. She will need to be paid for by noon on 12/18/17. There will be no extensions on this group.

Sold on 12/18/2017
#526 Untouched - 3yr Gray Mustang Mare - $400

Untouched is an unbranded mustang who ran through the sale loose with 4 others. She appears to be a younger adult horse, her age is unknown. She is touchable but I do not know if she is halter broke. She seems curious and should be a great training project. She appeared to be sound with no visible issues. She is absolutely gorgeous in person. She will need to be paid for by noon on 12/18/17. There will be no extensions on this group.

Sold on 12/18/2017
#511/512 Untold -  Black  Mare+Foal - $500

Untold and Filly(511 and 512) are a black mare and foal pair. They ran through the ring loose. The mare is very underweight and her feet are way past due for a trim, but in fairly decent condition suggesting she may have been trimmed at one time. It is unknown if Untold is halter broke, she is cautious of people but does not seem wild. They are sold as a pair. Three are no extensions on this group and their deadline is 12/18/17 noon.

Sold on 12/18/2017
#529 Untitled - 1yr Bay Mustang Mare - $300

Untitled is an unbranded mustang who ran through the sale loose with 4 others. She appears to be around a year old and does have some Appaloosa characteristics. She has striped hooves, some mottled skin, and also some spots in her coat that make her extra cute. She will need to be paid for by noon on 12/18/17. There will be no extensions on this group. She was listed as a gelding when she ran through auction, but is indeed a filly.

Sold on 12/18/2017
#513/514 Untied -  Liver Chestnut Quarter Horse Type Mare+Foal - $500

Untied and Filly(513 and 514) are ran through the ring loose. The mare is underweight and her feet are way past due for a trim, but in fairly decent condition suggesting she may have been trimmed at one time. It is unknown if she is halter broke, she is cautious of people but does not seem wild. She is very protective of her foal and while she did not do anything aggressive, I think she might protect her baby if she felt there was a threat. They are sold as a pair. When I went to go see them the day after auction they seemed more relaxed and curious. I had no issue being around them and they did not appear to be bothered with me in the pen, just kept a watchful eye. Three are no extensions on this group and their deadline is 12/18/17 noon.

Sold on 12/18/2017
#525 Untamed - 1yr Grulla Mustang Unknown - $300

Untamed is a young unbranded mustang who ran through the sale loose with 4 others. I would estimate his age somewhere around a year. He was said to be a gelding but this was not verified, and he may not be old enough to have descended testicles, and may very well be a stallion. Untamed is in need of weight, worming, and basic care. He is beautiful in person and should be a great training project. He appears to be grulla or sooty buckskin in color. He will need to be paid for by noon on 12/18/17. There will be no extensions on this group.

Sold on 12/18/2017
#528 Uni - 1yr Bay Mustang Stallion - $300

Uni is a young unbranded mustang who ran through the sale loose with 4 others. I would estimate his age somewhere around a year. He was said to be a gelding, but appears to have testicles. He is a beautiful mover and did not have any visible issues that I saw. He will need to be paid for by noon on 12/18/17. There will be no extensions on this group.

Sold on 12/18/2017
# Trotsy - 14yr Bay / White Paint Mare - $400

Auction Horses volunteers have not recently seen Trotsy in person and these are the only photos I have at this time. Trotsy is a previous rescue and was taken in at this location as a trader horse. She was in the Enumclaw Kill Pen in September of 2014 listed as Roulette. Her previous info that came with her then stated she is an APHA mare who is broke to ride and neck reins but hadn't been ridden in 6 years then. They said she is a gentle horse and loads great and was used as a broodmare. She was recently tried as a riding horse and did buck. Our previous listing in 2014 reads as follows: "Roulette is an 11 year old white and bay Paint mare. This mare stands about 14.3hh and is fat with very chipped feet. She was a bit pushy and seemed very rusty in doing what was asked of her. She was calm and quiet, but she refused to do some simple things like picking up her feet. She is reported to be broke to ride, but it was said that she has spent most of her time as a brood mare and hasn't been ridden in six years."

Sold on 12/15/2017 to Jules
# Tinker Belle - 7yr Chestnut / White Paint/Arabian Mare - $400

Auction Horses volunteers have not seen Tinker Belle in person and these are the only photos I have at this time. This listing will be updated as any new information or photos become available. I am told Tinker Belle is about 14hh and 7 years old. She is gentle to handle on the ground and is said to be broke to ride. Her deadline is Friday morning 12/15/17. Additional info from someone who knows her. She is half Arabian, broke but has been sitting close to a year, and has done some shows. She can be hard to catch at times but is a nice mare overall.

Sold on 12/15/2017 to Jules
# Timber - 15yr White Mule Mare - $400

Auction Horses volunteers have not seen Timber in person. This listing will be updated if any new information or photos become available. Shd recently ran through the Eugene auction and was tag #95. The auction information posted with her states: "Tag #95 Sis is a 14 hand Molly mule. Mid teens. Had the pack saddles on her. Well mannered in a halter. Good feet." Her deadline is Friday morning 12/15/17.

Sold on 12/15/2017 to Jules
#522 Under Rated - 6yr Bright Bay Quarter Horse Type Gelding - $350

Under Rated is a cute little bay gelding who was said to be a 6 year old pack horse. He led through the ring nicely and appeared to be calm with good manners. He looks to have been the low man wherever he came from because he is a bit beat up and missing some chunks of hair. He was very sweet out back and looking for attention. He is shod on 3 feet but is past due for a trim. He is slightly underweight. He is a smaller horse and not heavily built, about 14.2hh. He is easy to handle and seems to have a very mellow disposition. I did not see any soundness issues at a walk and trot. He's a nice little horse and definitely a in your pocket type sweetheart. He will need to be paid for by noon on 12/18/17. There will be no extensions on this group.

Sold on 12/11/2017
#509 Under Dog -  Chestnut Quarter Horse Type Gelding - $350

Under Dog ran through the sale loose and we do not have any additional information on him at this time. His feet are past due but not in horrible condition so it is possible that he is halter broke and has been trimmed in the past. He is underweight but overall appears healthy. He is about 14.3hh age is unknown but he did not show signs of significant age. He came in with the mare and foal pairs. He warmed up to be friendly, picked up his feet, and really loved attention. I didn't see any visible issues with him and from what I could see he seemed sound at a walk and trot. He will need to be paid for by noon on 12/18/17. There will be no extensions on this group.

Sold on 12/11/2017
#508 Ursula -  Bay / White Pinto Mare - $500

Ursula was led through the sale and was well behaved. She is a nice tall mare that stands 15h+. Ursula appeared to be in good body condition with no visible issues that I saw. She picked up her feet and was easy to handle. She soaked up attention and loves her scratches! This mare has a ton of potential and is absolutely stunning in person. I do not know if she is broke to ride, but the other horse that she came to the sale with did prove to be broke to ride after the new owner brought him home and tried him out. She seemed to get along great with the other horses in the pen and ended up following us around for attention. I did not get a good look at her teeth, but was told she is in the 10-11 year age range, and from what I could see, I would have guessed close to 10. She will need to be paid for by noon on 12/18/17. There will be no extensions on this group.

Sold on 12/6/2017 to Misti
#502 U Skippa - 10yr Dun Quarter Horse Mare - $500

Registered as "Skippas Deja Vue" with Quarter Horse - Papers Available

U Skippa is a beautiful 2007 dun mare. She is said to be broke to ride but has had a year off and could use a refresher. She is a nice big bodied mare who appeared healthy and in good body condition. She seemed friendly with decent manners although was slightly nervous in the ring. She is about 15hh and has very nice markings with a distinct line down her back. She was easy to handle, friendly, and seemed to get along well with the other horses in her pen. She is pigeon toed but did not have any other visible issues that I could see. She is a very nice mare overall. She will need to be paid for by noon on 12/18/17. There will be no extensions on this group.

Sold on 12/6/2017
# Tiamo - 15yr Gray Arabian Mare - $250

A long time horse rescuer Misti went to look at the other 2 horses that were posted and discovered this sweetheart in the arena. She is available for $250 and is scheduled to ship on Friday morning, 12/08/17. I am very thankful she gathered her information and put this listing together so that this little mare now has a chance to be seen and find a home. Thank you Misti! This is what she had to say: "Tiamo is one of the sweetest horses I’ve ever met. She is starving and most of her bones are sticking out of her thick, rain matted coat, but she still greeted us with a soft, hopeful eye and walked right up to us. Her teeth tell us she is younger than she looks (between 15 and 17) and just needs groceries to let out her inner unicorn. In her condition, she may appear smaller than she would actually tape, but I estimate her to be 13.2-14h. It is my impression that she would make an amazing kids horse as her disposition is kind, quiet, willing, and soft. I didn’t see any blemishes on her legs, and she moved sound when asked to free lunge. She listened well to commands and was quick to trot off or whoa, whichever was asked of her. Without a halter on, she stood quiet and picked up all 4 hooves with no issue. We didn’t saddle her, but we used a rope all over her, laid on her back, jumped next to her as if we were going to get on bareback, all without issue. It appears she is a dead broke kids horse, but this is my opinion and not confirmed."

Sold on 12/3/2017 to Gwen/
# Tulip -  Bay  Mare - $250

Tulip is said to be an older mare who is broke to ride. She is said to be great to handle on the ground, gentle, and stands approx 14hh. AH volunteers have not seen her in person and these are the only photos I have at this time. I was told she has "a touch of the heaves" but have no further information. She is scheduled to be shipped early Monday morning.

# Trista - 15yr Gray Arabian Type Mare - $300

Sold on 12/2/2017
#452 Smartypants - 10yr Chestnut Saddlebred Gelding - $500

I can't say enough good things about Smartypants. He is well behaved on the ground, very easy to catch and lead, and behaved like a perfect gentleman for me. I don't have any auction info on him at this time, and do not know if he was ridden through, but he does tolerate weight and appears to have saddle marks. He picks up his feet easily and as you can see from the photos, he appears to have had recent abscesses, but did not appear to have any lameness issues that I could see, even on concrete. We are guessing he is a Saddlebred, but that is just a guess, as I don't have any previous history on him. I suspect he was a mountain horse and could have just finished a hunting trip. He behaves like a horse that has worked, either as a pack horse, riding horse, or both. I'll update his listing with any information if I get it, but this is just based on my observations of him and nothing else. He stands approx 15'2hh and has a nice kind eye and gentle disposition. He's quite the loveable goof that anyone could easily fall in love with. He is definitely worth looking at and bringing home. He's very kind and seems smart-minded, as well as completely adorable! There are teeth photos provided for your judgment, but we are guessing him to be in the 10-12 year age range.

Sold on 11/20/2017 to Marilyn
#457 Stellar - 6yr Gray Quarter Horse Gelding - $500

Stellar is an approximately 15.2hh gray gelding. He is said to be a 6 year old Quarter Horse who has been used on the track to lead racehorses to the gates. He is in good weight and his feet appear to have been taken care of. Stellar seems to be a quiet and well mannered horse, however there are moments (like when you try to handle his head) where he acts as if he has been abused. He has certainly been through something rough as he has cuts and scrapes as well as a pronounced limp in his left hind leg. The injuries appear fairly recent, so it could be that whatever is up with his leg is also recent and will heal, but we are not vets and do not know.

Sold on 11/15/2017 to Tracy
#451 Slurpee - 5yr Bay Dun Quarter Horse Type Mare - $350

Slurpee is an adorable mare that will make a great project for someone. I do not have any auction info or training level on her, but she is at least halter broke, easy to catch, leads, and picked up her feet for me. I thought she was an older horse at first because of how gentle she is, but she appears to be younger based on her teeth, and possibly a 5-6 year old or so. There are teeth photos provided for your judgment. She stands approx 14'2hh and appeared to be sound from what I could see. Her hooves are long, chipped off, and appear to have been neglected. Slurpee loves scratches and followed us around for attention. She's a beautiful mare with unique coloring, and a dorsal stripe, making her anything but a plain bay. I will update her listing with any additional auction info if I get it. She was great with the other horses and seemed to have a very mellow disposition.

Sold on 11/9/2017
# Orpheus - 8yr Chestnut/White Paint Gelding - $500

***Important Update***  Orpheus is not sound.  I'm not a vet, so can't give a diagnosis but I would be interested in seeing x-rays of his right front and both hind feet, and possibly his pelvis.  He stands in soft footing, almost on his hind toes and has a bulge/ridge on the coronary band of his right front. Orpheus was led through the Everson auction yesterday. He is said to be an 8 year old APHA gelding but does not have his papers so is selling as grade.  He stands about 15.3 hands and weighs about 1100lbs.  He is said to be green broke to ride, and I should know more about that after his evaluation. I was not able to attend the auction, so have not seen him in person.  The information I have came from a Craigslist ad, which I don't have a copy of. *UPDATE* This is a sweetheart of a horse!  He came right up to me in the pasture, and handled fairly well on lead.  He walked forward fine, and stopped more or less when I did.  He needed some encouragement to back up, but he did it.  I also put a shawl on his head to see how he would react and while he wasn't a huge fan of it, all he did was try to shake it off.  Then when I dropped it on the ground he picked it up in his teeth and played with it.  He wasn't pushy, except for when I scratched his forehead (it was itchy) and was respectful of my space.  There were cars coming and going in the driveway, and he was a bit worried about that.  He didn't really want to/couldn't focus on me while that was going on, so we just stood for a few minutes and he was fine.  I would say that while he has potential, he's not a kid or beginner safe riding horse right now.  I put him on the longe line and he definitely knows how to longe - I tried to get a video, but the sun reflected off of my phone and scared him.  He has an amazing extended trot (would look great in English tack, just saying) and he seems sound at the walk and trot.  The footing in the pasture wasn't great, so I didn't ask for a canter.  As far as physical attributes he stands about 15.2-15.3 hands and has a very nice, solid build.  He has pretty brown eyes, though the right eye has a bit of blue in it - I don't know if that's just the color, an old injury, or what, but it doesn't seem to bother him.  To summarize, this is a gorgeous horse with a really nice personality who really should not be where he is.  With some training he should be able to do just about anything.

Sold on 11/5/2017 to Gwen
#425 Rummy - 5yr Chestnut Quarter Horse Stallion - $400

Rummy is said to be a 5 year old stallion who is broke to ride and stands 16hh. He loads, clips, bathes, and stands for the farrier. He was previously used for gaming, trail competition, mounted shooting, and said to be a horse anyone can ride. The previous owner said he is easy to hand breed so I assume he was used for breeding also. He was ridden bareback in the ring and did well. I do not think he is anywhere close to sound right now. He is off in his hind end and they said he had fallen and was stiff in his hind. They said on his stall sheet that their vet said he should be fine in time. In my opinion, he will need to be vetted to see what is going on. It is most visible when turning or backing from what I could see. He was sold as grade with no papers. I was told the previous owner cut his tail before auction to make a hat band.

Sold on 10/28/2017
#414 Rosabella - 22yr Chestnut Quarter Horse Mare - $400

Rosabella is said to be a 22 year old mare who was used as both a riding horse and broodmare. She is said to be well broke to ride with saddle marks to prove it, a great trail horse, knee and neck reins, leads easy, loads okay, and gets along great with others. She is UTD on vaccines, wormer, and her hooves have been recently done. She is easy to catch, picks up her feet, and seemed to have nice manners. She did have a bit of a sway, but no soundness issues that I saw. She appears to have a caslick and should not be bred. There is a photo in her listing.

Sold on 10/28/2017
#413 Romy - 20yr Bay Quarab Type Mare - $400

Romy is said to be an older mare who is said to be green broke. She does have marks on her back that could possibly be saddle marks. She tolerates weight, picks up her feet, is easy to catch, and is very kind and gentle. Romy is said to be up to date on her vaccines and her trims. She is said to load and lead easy, and is an all around nice and gentle horse. She stands approx 14'1-2hh and appeared to be in good body condition with no soundness issues that I saw. She is cute as a button and seems to get along great with everyone.

Sold on 10/28/2017
#419 Rhonda - 22yr Grulla Quarter Horse Mare - $400

Rhonda is said to be a 1995 broodmare who last foaled this year. She came with no additional information. She was led through the ring and led well. She is shy but will warm up to you, She picks up her feet and had nice manners once caught. She stands approx 14'2hh and had no lameness that I saw, although a bump on her knee. She is gorgeous in person and would make a great addition to your herd. She was sold as grade with no papers that came with her.

#406 ReNeigh - 14yr Chestnut Sabino Paint Mare - $500

ReNeigh is said to be 14 years old and previously used as a broodmare. She was led through the ring and led well. She is a big beautiful mare who stands 15h+hh. She came in with #407 and is attached to her, but does seem to get along with the other horses just fine. Her hooves need to be done and she has one knee that seems to be enlarged, but did not have a visible lameness at a walk and trot. I don't know if she has ever been ridden, but was okay to handle on the ground and did pick up her feet. She is sold as grade and no papers came with her.

Sold on 10/28/2017
#121 Natalie Wood - 22yr Gray Quarter Horse Mare - $400

Registered as with AQHA - Papers Unknown

Natalie Wood is said to be a 22 year old QH mare, Doc Bar and Peppy San bred, who is sold as grade with no papers available. She was broke to ride years ago but has been a broodmare ever since. They said she is good natured, good tempered, and hauls quiet and extremely well. The previous owners noted that she can be hard to catch and will kick if startled. She was pretty calm in the pen in the back after auction and did well when turned out with the other horses. Her hooves do need trimming but from what I could see, she did not appear to have any soundness issues. I did not handle her much and once she was turned out she was adjusting to her new environment and did not want to be caught. She did lead well and seemed to handle well on the ground in the ring and leading her into the back pen. I would guess her to stand approx 15hh.

Sold on 10/28/2017
#550 Rhinestone -  Bay Morgan Type Gelding - $400

Rhinestone was a direct drop off and did not run through auction so I have no information. We believe him to possibly be a Morgan. He is in poor condition needing rehab and weight. He's very sweet but nervous to catch. He behaves like a perfect gentleman once caught. He stands approx 15'3hh and looks to be a senior. Teeth photos are provided for your judgment. He has made great friends with #413 Romy. Rhinestone looks to have been neglected and now needs a soft place to land with someone knowledgeable in rehab.

Euthanized on 10/24/2017
#407 Rashy - 18yr Bay / White Paint Mare - $400

This sweetheart is said to be an 18 year old broodmare. She was led through auction and seemed nervous and scared, but in the pen she was just fine. She picked up her feet and was very happy to have some attention. Her hooves need trimming and she is itchy all over. This poor mare definitely has a skin issue going on that will need treated. She was very gentle to handle once she got used to us, and also seemed to get along great with the other horses although she is attached to #406 that she came in with. She was sold as grade and no papers came with her. She is a nice stout mare and stands 15h+.

Sold on 10/14/2017
#418 Raisin Cookie - 22yr Dun Quarter Horse Mare - $400

Raisin Cookie is a pretty lineback dun mare that was previously used as a broodmare. She leads well, picks up her feet, and looks to be in good condition overall. I don't know if she was ever broke to ride and she came without her papers. Her last foal was said to be in 2016. She is at a good weight and stands approx 14'3hh.

Sold on 10/14/2017
#415 Ramona - 12yr Chestnut Varnish Appaloosa Mare - $400

Ramona is said to be a 12 year old grade Appy mare who was previously used as a broodmare. She is a larger mare 15h+ with a solid build and a larger frame. She picks up her feet, leads, and seemed to get along great with the other horses. There are copies of her lineage, but she is sold as grade and I do not know if she was ever registered. She is very sweet and was gentle on the ground, but unsure of her situation it seemed. Her hooves have cracks and will need farrier work, but she did not have visible lameness that I could see.

Sold on 10/13/2017 to Cassandra
#429 Richy - 8yr Bay Arabian Gelding - $400

Richy stands approx 14'1hh and will need general TLC, His halter was left on and he has sores. He was a little shy about having his face touched to check his teeth. I don't blame him one bit, he has sores all over from that halter that was left. He is very easy to handle and definitely beginner safe on the ground in my opinion. He loves attention and is quite the love. I didn't see any soundness issues and he picked up his feet just fine. His hooves are chipped and need clean up. Richy is said to be 8 years old and has been saddled but not ridden. He has had trouble loading in a straight load and does much better in a slant..He is super cute in person!

Sold on 10/12/2017 to Angela
#422 Rainbow Dash - 15yr Chestnut Quarter Pony Mare - $500

Rainbow Dash was ridden through auction and was previously ridden by a young girl. They said she did poles, barrels, and rode her all over. She is easy to catch, easily picks up her feet, and will follow you around. I was able to get on her as well with a halter and lead without issue. She is a smaller pony just about 13hh. She will need some weight and some general TLC, but she seems like a great little pony who might make a good leadline choice.

#426 Rider - 16yr Black  Mare - $400

Rider is said to be a 16 year old mare that anyone can ride. They said she is dead broke and loves kids. She was ridden through auction and appeared to be sound in the ring from what I could see. She had her teeth floated on 8/29 and looks to be in decent condition, but on the thin side. She is a very pretty mare and will be gorgeous once she gains some weight and fills out. She was unsure in the pen and did not want to be caught when I was there. I am estimating her to be about 14'3h visually. I think she is just out of sorts in the pen and should be a great horse for someone. She does have a shoulder brand.

Sold on 10/5/2017
#549 Ricardo - 4yr Chestnut Andalusian Stallion - $400

Ricardo came in as a drop off and did not run through auction. He is said to be an Andalusian and 4 years old. He stands approx 14h and appears to be in good body condition and sound from what I could see. As far as I could see, both testicles are descended, but I did not feel. He is said to be broke to ride and was only sold to his previous owner moving to an apartment. He's a very nice stallion and should make a great prospect for someone. He has a new set of shoes and is ready to take home and continue training.

Sold on 10/5/2017
#565 Royale - 13yr Bay / White Paint Gelding - $400

Royale was a drop off and did not run through auction. He is said to be in his early teens and broke to ride. He does have shoes on and is a nice big horse, standing approx 15'2hh. He did not have any visible lameness but his knees did seem like he would benefit from a joint supplement. He was easy to catch, loved attention, and was very gentle with us and the other horses. He does have a dental plaque of tartar build up on his lower canine tooth as pictured and will probably need his teeth floated as well. He had no issues eating or chewing that I saw, but the plaque leads me to believe he most likely is not current on dental care. Royale might make a great trail or weekend riding horse for someone. I don't know what level rider he takes, but seemed to be beginner safe on the ground.

Sold on 10/4/2017
#424 Ritzy - 12yr Chestnut Tobiano Paint Mare - $400

Ritzy is a gorgeous mare that was previously used for mounted shooting, trails, clips, bathes, hauls good, and is UTD on vacccines. She was also a broodmare and is homozygous. She is said to be broke for anyone to ride and was ridden through auction bareback. Ritzy stands 16'1hh and had no soundness issues that I saw. She is blind in one eye but very well adjusted and did not act spooky at all. This is a very nice well trained horse at a very good price.

Sold on 10/4/2017
#423 Red Velvet - 3yr Chestnut Azteca Mare - $400

Red Velvet is said to be 3/4 Azteca and not yet broke to ride. She was led through the auction ring and led well. She is very friendly, loves attention, and wants to be right by you. She is curious and seems to have a puppy dog personality. I loved this mare so much and think she has a ton of potential. She stands approx 15hh already and will most likely continue to grow, Her dam also ran through auction but was purchased. She was a gorgeous dappled gray. Red Velvet aims to please, picks up her feet, and seems like a quick learner. I can't say enough good about her, she's really something special. Her hooves need clean up and she has some small abrasions, but other than that, I saw no issues with her. She appeared to be sound and in good condition.

Sold on 10/4/2017
#416 Ralph - 19yr Liver Chestnut Morgan Gelding - $400

Ralph, Dia H Booker, is said to have been used as a riding and packing horse. He hasn't been ridden much since he was a four year old so an experienced rider is recommended. He is said to learn fast and may just need a tune up. He was led through the ring and did well. He stands approx 15'3hh and has a larger build. He is a gorgeous horse in person and should be a great addition for someone. His hooves will need some clean up but didn't look bad. This is a very nice horse! He is sold as grade with no papers available. There is a good possibility that this horse is Dia, not Diamond as shown on his auction paper making him 146964 DIA H BOOKER Sire: DIA H FLASH Dam: TRI-D-ONE-CLASSIE-LADIE Gender: Gelding Gelding Date: 05/12/1999 Foaling Date: 06/04/1998 Color: CHESTNUT Color Characteristic: Markings: CONNECTED STAR, STRIP. #401 Raspberry Jammy - 15yr Black  Mare - $400

Raspberry Jammy is said to be a 15 year old mare, although her teeth look like they could be younger with an 11 year hook. She was led through the ring but was said to be a horse anyone could ride, and was a kids horse. She loads well, is gentle, and is said to be kid safe and used for trails mostly. She stands approx 14'2-3hh and looks to be in good body condition with no obvious issues that I saw, other than her hooves needing trimming. She is very easy to catch and handle, picks up her feet, leads well, and loves attention. This mare is a gem and has such a kind sweet personality. She did everything asked of her and seemed to have a mellow personality and got along great with the other horses in the pen. She is my personal pick of this group. She also has a beautiful and long double mane!

Sold on 10/3/2017
#408 - 8yr Gray Fewspot Appaloosa Gelding - $500

This nice Appy is said to be green broke, will gait, and will need a refresher after being turned out for some time. He was only at the sale due to his owner's medical conditions.

Sold on 10/2/2017
#130 Nancy Sinatra - 12yr Bay Quarter Pony Mare - $400

Nancy is an adorable pony who is said to be 12 years old and was sold as a project pony. She stands about 13'2hh and looked to be in good body condition. Her hooves looked to be in decent condition and she was able to be handled for trims previously. She was worked with when she was younger in the round pen and their grandson has been on her, but I don't think she was formally trained to ride. She does have what looks to be minor stringhalt, but did not appear to have any other issues that I saw. Nancy is very friendly, loves attention, and seemed to have an in your pocket type personality. She is a doll, easy to lead, and very gentle on the ground.

#127 Nell - 15yr Sorrel Paint Mare - $400

Registered as "Dominate Sistah" with APHA - Papers Available

Nell (registered as Dominate Sistah) ran through auction with no further information other than being lame. Dominate Sistah's pedigree top side reads like a whose-who of AQHA halter horses. Her sire is Dominate Venture who was a 2000 AQHA World Show Top 10 Yearling Stallion. He is by Dominate Clue (ROM Halter, 1998 AQHA World, 1997 AQHA Congress, 11 x Grand Champion), who is by Kid Clu (ROM Halter, Reserve World Champion, Top 10 AQHA Halter Champion, etc). Her dam's side includes both Halter and Performance. Her maternal grandsire is Lil Abner with 20 APHA points in Halter and 29 in Performance (Barrels, Reining, Poles, Trail, and more), then Snazzy Boy (18 APHA Halter Points, 24 APHA Performance Points, ROM is Racing) and other racing Quarter Horses. Dominate Sistah herself has her Register of Merit (ROM) in Halter and carries 11 APHA Halter points. She has had 4 APHA foals (all solid). Photos of her fetlock area are attached for your viewing. I do not know the cause of her issue, but she is swollen and seems to have dropped fetlocks. In my opinion she will never be sound and will need pain and inflammation management. She is so incredibly sweet, handles like the show horse she was, and seems so willing. She would need to be vetted to see what is going on and if she can be maintained comfortably for her. She also has what appears to be a sarcoid on her ear and an injury to her front foot as pictured which was fresh and looked superficial. She stands approx 15'2hh and is a beautiful mare.

Sold on 9/16/2017
#129 Neil Diamond - 16yr Bay Quarter Horse Type Gelding - $400

Neil is said to be in the 15-18 year age range, and his teeth appear to me to be in the younger end of the spectrum. He was started when he was younger, but never finished. He came in with #130, his pony mare friend and is said to be a protector of small horses and ponies by his previous owner. He is easy to handle, loves attention, leads well, and didn't appear to me to have any visible issues. I would estimate him to stand approx 14'2hh and he looked to be in decent body condition. His back hooves are past due for trimming and will need clean up. Neil picked up his feet easily, loved attention, and was very friendly.

Sold on 9/15/2017
# Pearle - 17yr Black / White Paint Mare - $500

Pearl is said to be a 14'3h approx 17 year old mare who is said to be broke to ride. I'm told she is gentle on the ground and nicely mannered. I have not seen her in person and am not aware of any issues with her. I did ask if she recently weaned a foal, and was told no, that she was just fat, but her belly looks awfully suspicious to me. These are the only photos and the only information I have at this time. Her deadline is this Thursday morning, 8/24/17.

Sold on 9/3/2017
#120 Norma Jean - 14yr Palomino Quarter Horse Mare - $600

Norma Jean is a gorgeous mare who is said to be broke for anyone to ride, including kids and older people. The previous owner said she came up lame about 4-5 months ago. They had pulled her shoes and turned her out after that. They said their boys lost interest anyway, so they took her to the sale. Norma Jean was sold as unsound and did seem tender in the front, but did not have any issue trotting and galloping around her pen area. Norma Jean did seem nervous in the back pen area after the auction, but did seem to do better once turned out in the larger area with 2 other mares. I did not tape her, but she stands at least 15hh and has a nice solid build.

Sold on 8/28/2017
#134 Nadine - 14yr Bay Thoroughbred Mare - $500

Nadine Is said to be a 14-15 year old TB mare who was ridden through auction. She is easy to handle on the ground and leads well. She rode well through auction but not much was said about her. I do not have history or an ID on her at this time. Her hooves are cracked, chipped, and do need a trim badly. She has an injury to her face as shown, and looks like she may have also had a previous injury or a halter that had been left on leaving a bump on her nose area. She seems like a very kind and gentle mare and might make a great trail horse partner. I did not tape her but would estimate her to be about 15hh.

Sold on 8/28/2017
#145 Pancakes - 10yr Chestnut Paint Gelding - $500

Pancakes is said to be approx 10 years old and 15'1hh. He ran through the Eugene auction and was said to have been ridden a lot as a 3 to 4 year old, but turned out and not ridden since. These are the only photos I have at this time and I have not seen this nice horse in person yet. His deadline is this Friday morning, 8/18/17. His auction ad read: "Tag #145 - "Tucker" is a ten year old grade solid paint gelding. Was started and used in eastern Oregon as a 3 and 4 year old, then has been a pasture pet since then. Sound, powerful built, and ready to go."

Sold on 8/17/2017
# Palomino - 15yr Palomino Quarter Horse Mare - $500

Palomino is said to be broke to ride, gentle, and easy to handle. She stands approx 15hh and is said to be in her mid teens. I have not seen this mare in person and these are the only photos I have at this time. She is said to be a nicely mannered mare but may do better as an only horse, as she is not good with others. Her deadline is this Friday, morning 8/18/17.

#117 Percie - 7yr Roan Quarter Horse Gelding - $500

#135 Nikolai -  Bay  Gelding - $600

This big beautiful gelding was led through auction and had no obvious issues. He handles well, is friendly, and gorgeous in person. I need to verify information on him and will update his listing in the morning. His hooves need trimming and look to have been neglected, but otherwise he looked to be in overall good condition.

Sold on 8/11/2017
# Mariposa - 12yr Bay Quarter Horse Mare - $500

Mariposa is said to be 12-13 years old and stands approx 15'1hh. She is said to have been previously used as a ranch horse and should be well broke to ride. Sam has ridden her a couple times himself. Auction Horses volunteers have not seen her in person. Please contact Sam with questions or to view her.

Sold on 7/25/2017
#175 Linkin -  Gray Arabian Gelding - $400

Linkin is a gray Arabian gelding. He stands about 14.3hh and does have a bit of shading on his left shoulder. Linkin came with absolutely no history or information. I believe him to be a teenage horse, but have included a picture of his teeth so that you can judge for yourself. He is very friendly and came right up to me in the pen. He easily allowed himself to be haltered, led, backed, yielded his quarters, picked up all four feet, and did not mind someone acting like they were going to mount up. He was generally just an easy going fellow the whole time I was out there with him and then when I left he followed me back into the barn. Sweet boy. Unfortunately he is severely overweight and his feet are a mess. None of his feet look good, but the front left is the worst from what I could see. I have included several pictures.

Sold on 7/25/2017
# Maybelline -  Flaxen Chestnut Draft Mare - $700

Maybelline appears to be a Belgian and is said to stand 16hh. I was told she is an older mare and is broke to ride. Her deadline is Thursday, 7/20/17 am.

Sold on 7/18/2017
#136 Lionheart - 10yr Black Warmblood Gelding - $1000

Registered as with AWS - Papers Unavailable

Update: I was contacted by the previous owner that had him for the last 1.5 years. She said he was aggressive. I did not personally witness that behavior, nor sale yard employees. He was brought in by people who were supppsed to take him to slaughter. They did not tell the sale yard about the aggression. His tail was cut as a memory keepsake. Lionheart is a true black beauty who is a gentle giant. He stands maybe 18hh, as I was too short to reach, and is said to be 10 years old by the previous owners. I did look at his teeth briefly and his teeth support that, in my opinion. The previous owners said that he is broke to ride and drive, and he did tolerate weight pressed on his back. He is not a horse for beginners in my opinion due to his size and puppy dog personality. He needs a refresher in manners and personal space, but was well behaved otherwise. He picks up his feet, leads, backs, and is gentle on the ground. The previous owners cut a matted area out of his tail as shown and his hooves do need farrier work, being uneven, cracked, and chipped. He is very friendly and loves attention, although you may need a platform to scratch his withers. Lionheart is branded but his identity is unknown at this time. He is absolutely gorgeous and overall looked to be in good condition. He is a bit underweight, weighing in at 1739 pounds. This is a horse I would never have expected to find in a kill pen. He is quite the find for a bargain price. I did check him for a microchip and my scanner did not pick up anything, but that may have been because it said my battery was low. I will re-check him on Saturday if he is still there.

Sold on 7/17/2017 to Amber
# Moneigh - 7yr Gray Quarter Horse Mare - $500

Moneigh is said to be broke for anyone to ride and has been used as both an English and Western Pleasure horse. She stands approx 15'2hh and appears to be in good body condition. She is beginner safe on the ground and loves attention. Moneigh picks up her feet easily and is currently wearing 3 shoes. I have seen her ridden and she rode soundly when I saw her ridden about 6 weeks ago, but has had a sudden onset lameness that is said to have started after she was shod this last time. I do not know the cause of her lameness but think she is definitely worth taking a chance on and pulling those shoes and see what the issue is. There will be videos of her movement posted on the Auction Horses group under her listing. She is a gorgeous fleabitten gray with a genuinely kind personality. Anyone would love this mare. She just deserves a chance.

Sold on 7/10/2017 to Rena
# Monaca - 12yr Dark Bay TWH Cross Mare - $500

Monaca is said to be a Walker cross and has been trail rode by grandchildren. She stands approx 15'1hh and is well mannered on the ground and easy to handle. She was previously used as a grandchildren's riding horse and seems to be well broke. She has multiple saddle marks and was very tolerant of everything I did to her. She picks up her feet nicely, appeared sound at a walk and light trot, and looks to be an all around great horse. She came from the same previous home as Mable and is in her position through no fault of her own. She is beginner safe on the ground and had no visible issues.

Sold on 7/10/2017 to Mary
# Mable - 20yr Chestnut Quarter Horse Mare - $500

Mable has been trail ridden by grandchildren and should be well broke to ride. She stands approx 15hh and is very well mannered on the ground and easy to handle. Mable looks to be about 20 years old and does have shorter teeth in the front but had no issue eating the hay there that I saw. She is wonderful and seems like a real babysitter type horse that I am told is suitable for a beginner rider and she has plenty of saddle marks to prove her experience as a riding horse. Both Mable and Monaca came to be in this position through no fault of their own, as their owners could not keep them any longer. Mable is as sweet as can be and so gentle. She loves attention and did anything asked of her with a willing to please attitude. I really loved this mare and think she would be a great addition for a family that wants a nice gentle and broke horse around.

Sold on 7/10/2017 to Mary
#115 Lu Betty - 4yr Chestnut Quarab Mare - $500

This nice Quarab mare is said to be 4 years old and was said to be ridden Western in the hills by the consignor's daughter. She was led through auction and was well behaved through the ring. She was easy to handle, lead, and picked up her hooves nicely for me. Her name is Betty Lou and she stands approx 14'1hh and appeared to be in good body condition. Her hooves looked recently trimmed and she looked to have been taken care of. I found no visible issues with her. She's a very nice mare with a nice kind eye.

Sold on 7/6/2017
#111 Logan - 10yr Bay Thoroughbred Gelding - $500

Registered as with Jockey Club - Papers Unknown

Logan was ridden through auction and out back prior to auction. I was told was really nice to ride and well behaved by the person who rode him. He did great in the ring, and even though he has one knee that is larger than the other, and hooves in dire need of trimming, he rode surprisingly soundly in the ring. I don't know if he is completely sound, but he did not appear to have visible soundness issues from what I could see. Logan is a nice big gelding who stands approx 16'3hh and looks to be in good body condition. He does have some cracks in his hooves, what looks to be an old abscess blow out, and is going to need trimming. He is very gentle on the ground, and I led him out of his pen and away from his buddy with just a piece of string. Logan has a tattoo but we could not get a good look at it and he does have quite a bit of darker pigment on his lip making it hard to read. We guessed him to be in the 10 year age range, but could not read the first letter of his tattoo to get a year on him. His previous owner passed away and he found himself at auction and is now in need of a home. He is said to have been a trail horse, is very sweet, and should be a nice addition for someone.

#808 Jazzie Girl - 25yr Bay Morgan Mare - $500

Registered as "Dia H Bonnie Girl " with AMHA - Papers Available

Jazzie Girl is said to be broke to ride but I do not know the last time she was ridden. They said she was taken on a lot of trails when she was younger. She had a black colt two years ago and was said to be currently open. She stands approx 14'3hh and appeared to be sound from what I could see. She is easy to catch and lead, and behaved well for me, even in an unknown and stressful environment. She picked up her feet without issue. She is overdue for a trim, but her hooves looked to be in decent condition.

Sold on 6/24/2017
#810 Janey - 24yr Chestnut Morgan Mare - $400

Registered as "Dia H Cricket" with AMHA - Papers Available

Janey aka Cricket has been previously used as a trail horse and in 4H. She has also been used as a broodmare and is said to be currently open. She is gaited and did appear to be sound from what I could see, but her hooves are cracked and need farrier care. She was very easy to handle, lead easily, and picked up her feet for me. She is very sweet and gets along great with the other horses. She stands approx 14'2-3hh and has a medium build.

Sold on 6/24/2017
#316 Honey Suckle - 11yr Brown Thoroughbred Mare - $400

Honey Suckle stands approx 16hh and appears to be in the 10-12 year age range, but photos of her teeth are provided for your judgment. She had no tattoo. She seems to be beginner safe on the ground to handle and had nice manners . She picks up her feet easily and it's very easy to halter and lead. She has a beautiful coloring, almost like a chocolate, and has nice kind eyes. Her hooves looked to be in pretty decent condition, but did have some small cracks where they appeared to be dry. Honey Suckle has a shaved bridle path and tolerates weight pressed on her back. She seems to be a very patient and gentle horse who soaks up attention. I did notice that she had one spot in her eye that you could see when the sun hit it just right but it did not seem to have any vision impairment at all. I noticed that she had one spot in her eye that you could see when the sun hit it just right but it did not seem to have any vision impairment at all. Honey Suckle has what looks to me to be a skin tag or a bump on one of her front legs. It feels fleshy to the touch and you can lift it up. To me it looks like she had an injury at one point and the skin did not heal flush with her leg. She seemed to be sound at a walk at a trot from what I could see. The other thing that I noticed was some diarrhea and that I'm speculating is because of the change of hay from what she was previously eating. Overall I think she's a very nice mare who just needs a little TLC, some good nutrition, and someone to take her home and shine her up. I would be very surprised if she was not already broke to ride but I have no history information on her since she was a drop off to the sale barn.

Sold on 6/21/2017
#814 Jared - 22yr Flaxen Chestnut Morgan Gelding - $400

Registered as "Dia H Flash" with AMHA - Papers Available

Jared is one of my favorites of this group. They said he hadn't been ridden for 7-8 years when he was led through the ring, but it probably wouldn't take more than a quick tune up to get him going again. He is very gentle on the ground and was easily caught and led. He seems like a been there done that type gelding who they said they used as a trail horse. He picks up his feet nicely, gets along great with the other horses, and has a nice mellow disposition. He stands approx 14'2hh and didn't appear to have any soundness issues that I could see. He is a nice older gent that would make a great pal.

Sold on 6/19/2017
# Kewpie -  Chestnut Quarter Horse Type Gelding - $100

I have not seen Kewpie in person, but am told he is an older horse who is a gentle been there, done that type. He stands approx 14'2hh and looks to be in decent body condition but does have a swayback. I am told he travels soundly and is a senior, but I don't have an age on him or any additional photos at this time. He needs a safe retirement for his golden years.

#812 Janna - 16yr Chestnut Morgan Mare - $500

Registered as "Dia H Janna" with AMHA - Papers Available

Janna has had one foal and has mainly been a pasture pet. She was led through auction and did well in the ring. She is a bigger mare who stands approx 15'2hh and has a gentle personality. Her hooves are long and in need of a trim but she did pick them up nicely for me. She seems like a gentle soul with a timid personality. She was friendly and seemed to get along great with the other horses. I really liked this mare. Photos don't do her justice. She is a beautiful chocolate color and has such a sweet expression. She loves attention and very was easy for me to catch and lead.

Sold on 6/15/2017
#219 Ianto - 18yr Palomino Quarter Horse Gelding - $250

Ianto's real name is "Soda". Said to be a 16h, 18 year old Quarter Horse gelding. Rides western and bareback, good trail horse, UTD on dental but due for a trim. Said to be sound, and appears to be sound at the walk. There may be a slight hitch in his right stifle. See the video and make your own assessment on that - I'm not a vet, so don't know if there's an issue. He does need some weight/muscle put on him. He seems friendly and wanted to be close to me. DOES NOT DO WELL WITH MARES. Someone who knows him told me that he's completely sound,no worries about that. She also said that when he's with mares he acts studdy and will run them into fences. The last time he was on a trail ride with a mare, he bucked. They don't know if she was in heat. He's perfectly fine by himself.

Sold on 6/14/2017 to Amber
#315 Horacio - 20yr Bay Arabian Stallion - $300

Horacio is a very well behaved stallion who is easy to handle and is very gentle on the ground. He is said to be an Arabian and is sold as grade with no papers available. He stands approx 14'3hh and appeared to be sound from what I could see. He picks up his feet easily and tolerated weight pressed on his back. He is fully descended. Horatio is on the thin side but otherwise looked good for his age. They said he was older, 20ish, but teeth photos are provided for your judgment. He was a drop off to the sale barn and I have no other information or history on him. This gentleman was very kind and willing and needs someone to take a chance on him and bring him home. I was impressed with how friendly and well behaved he was when I saw him. He loved attention and was very sweet. His hooves looked to be in good condition overall, a little long, but looked to have been recently trimmed.

#815 Jimmie - 16yr Bay  Gelding - $500

Jimmie aka Able is said to be an approx 16 year old gelding who was ridden through auction by a young girl. He is said to be good with children and was previously used as a trail horse. He has shoes on all fours and rode well through the ring. He was very easy to halter and handle, and seemed to have a mellow personality. I would guess him to stand approx 14'3hh. They said he was fine riding alone and that he had no spook. His saddle was sold after he was sold and his saddle sadly sold for more than he did in the ring.

Karrot Kake is said to be in the 15-16 year age range and broke to ride. I have not seen him in person and do not know what level rider he would take. He is said to stand approx 16hh and is said to travel soundly. I'm told he is gentle on the ground and easy to handle. He does have a bump on his cheek, but I don't know the cause. It is not suspected to be from strangles or sickness. I only have one photo at this time and I will update this listing if I get more information and additional photos.

Jolly Roger is a gorgeous gelding with a ton of potential. He appeared to be sound and in overall good condition. He stands approx 15'2hh and is absolutely gorgeous in person. He is said to have had some round pen work when he was younger, and that he was patient with trimming his feet. He was easy to halter and lead, but was a bit nervous at first. He behaved quite well for being in a new environment and seems like a smart horse. I think he would make a fantastic sporthorse, but could go in just about any direction with his training.

Sold on 6/7/2017
#811 Jewel - 9yr Palomino Morgan Cross Mare - $500

Jewel is a gorgeous Morgan cross mare foaled May 2008. Her name that she goes by is Tinker. She is said to have had round pen work when she was younger and had good ground manners. She needs more work with picking up her hind feet and her hooves are overdue for a trim. She did well being haltered and led, but was a bit nervous in the ring. She was fine to handle and lead after that and seemed to get along well with the other horses. She stands approx 14'3hh and has a lovely build that might make a good sporthorse prospect. I say no soundness issues and she looked to be in overall good condition. I did notice one small spot in one eye (as pictured) but it did not seem to impair her vision. This is a really nice mare who looks to have a ton of potential. Her sire should be AMHR 2005 stallion Dubious.

Sold on 6/7/2017

#303 Helen -  Bay Thoroughbred Mare - $500

Registered as with Jockey Club - Papers Unavailable

Helen appears to be a 19-year-old mare who is said to be broke to ride. I did not see her go through auction and will update her listing as any additional information becomes available. She stands approximately 16hh and appeared to be sound at a walk. She does have some scarring as pictured on one front leg. She is easy to handle on the ground and warms up nicely.

Sold on 6/2/2017
#313 Heavenly -  Bay Thoroughbred Mare - $300

Registered as with Jockey Club - Papers Unavailable

Heavenly was a drop off and came in with no information. I would guess her to be in her late teens, early 20's but need to get a better ID on her tattoo. She stands approximately 16hh and is thin. She is friendly and easy to handle, and appeared to be sound at a walk. I will update her listing with any additional information when I have it.

Sold on 6/2/2017
# Geena - 14yr Chestnut Quarter Horse Mare - $500

Geena is said to be a 14-year-old Quarter horse mare who is sold as grade. They said that they had saddled her up but did not have time to ride her. They said she has had a foal in the past should make someone an awesome project. She loads, ties, bathes, stands for the farrier, and is good with other horses. Geena is one of my favorites at the lot. She is so incredibly sweet and soaks up any attention she can get. She stands approx 14'3hh and looks to be in decent body condition and her hooves look to have been recently done. She appeared to be sound at a walk and trot and had no issues I could see. She seems like a very smart and willing mare that would make a great addition for someone who can put a little time into training. Geena and Gem are from the same previous home.

Sold on 5/18/2017 to Juliet
# Gem - 11yr Bay Quarter Horse Mare - $500

Gem is said to be an 11-year-old Quarter Horse mare who is sold as grade as the papers were lost. She is said to have about six rides on her and is doing great. She needs someone to finish her and might make a nice ranch or trail horse. She is said to tie, load, bathe, stand for the farrier. Gem came in with Geena and they seem to be the best of friends. Gem stands approx 14'2hh and appears to be in good body condition and sound from what I could see at a walk and trot. She does have a scar as shown in the photos and some possible saddle marks.

Sold on 5/17/2017 to Trish
#311 Hogan - 2yr Chestnut  Stallion - $250

Hogan was said to be a young stallion, possibly a yearling, but I'm guessing he is in the two-year age range. He is curious and friendly, and stands approximately 14hh with a narrow build. It does appear that he is descended, and I'm guessing that he is closer to the two year age mark based on the length of his mane and tail. He is super cute and ready to take home and start training. I did not see him run through auction and will update his listing if any additional information becomes available.

Sold on 5/13/2017
#305 Holly Wood -  Bay Mule Mare - $500

Holly Wood is said to be approximately six years old and broke to pack. Looking at her teeth I would guess her to be under 10 years old. She appears to be a thoroughbred mule and is extremely friendly and gentle on the ground. She picked up her feet easily for me, tolerated weight on her back without any issue, and loved attention. I don't have any other information on her at this time and did not see her run through auction. I will update her listing as more information becomes available. Her back feet seem long to me but I did not notice any soundness issues at all. She is as sweet as can be and seems to love people.

Sold on 5/12/2017
# Gail - 16yr Bay Quarter Horse Type Mare - $625

Gail stands approx 14'3hh and is said to be 15 to 17 years old. She is a grade mare who they said was always first to the gate. She was dumped on a boarding facility they said, and they knew nothing about her. She is pleasant on the ground, picks up her feet, and stands in the wash rack. They had not ridden or really done anything with her other than feed, deworm, and trim feet

Sold on 5/11/2017 to Michelle
# Donald Duck -  Dark Bay Quarter Horse Type Gelding - $350

Donald is a cute gelding who looks to be younger but I don't have an age on him. He came with no information but they said hIS primary use was for work. He appeared to be sound from what I could see, but will need some weight. I would guess his height to be approx 14'3hh but was not able to tape him or handle him when I saw him. He's a beautiful mover and will make a nice project.

Sold on 5/11/2017 to Marla
# Davina -  Gray Lusitano Mare - $600

Davina is said to be a Lusitano and was previously used as a broodmare. She is said to be at the lot because her last breeding did not take and she was not confirmed to be in foal. I don't know what training she has had, or an age on her, but she is at least halter broke. Davina stands approx 14'3-15hh and has a shy personality. She gets along well with the other horses at the lot and does not seem like an alpha mare. I haven't handled her but I suspect she would be fine to handle once separated from the group she's in with. She seemed off to me in the hind end but I was told it is due to her having one longer foot.

Sold on 5/11/2017 to Amanda
# Dacey -  Dun Quarter Horse Mare - $550

Dacey is said to be an older dun mare who is shy and takes a while to warm up to people. She stands approx 15hh and appeared to be in good condition and had no visible issues. She gets along great with the other horses and seems to be nice and gentle. She was weary of me at first but did warm up me to and loved scratches. I will update her listing with any previous owner info when I have it if it's on her paperwork. I did not get a look at her teeth but she really didn't seem like an older horse. I would guess teens based on her appearance.

Sold on 5/11/2017 to Missy
#310 Honeybun -  Chestnut Rabicano Quarter Horse Mare - $400

I did not see Honeybun run through auction and will update her listing as more information becomes available. She is a nice sturdy horse that stands close to 15hh with a kind eye and gentle demeanor. She is easy to handle and has a willing to please attitude. She looks to be a younger mare possibly in the ten year age range from what I could see. She currently is not sound, and did appear to have healing injuries on her legs, and some scratches on her chest. She did pick up one hind leg at times while walking but not all of the time. She is very sweet and gets along great with the other horses, and will come right up to you for attention. She has beautiful roaning on her flanks and striping on her tail head, suggesting that she is a Rabicano. She is said to have been started but not considered to be broke.

Sold on 5/10/2017

Gaby is said to have been a broodmare and is sold as grade. She stands approx 14hh with a stocky build and appeared to be sound from what I could see at a walk and trot. Sold on 5/10/2017 to Gabi
#1 Donatella -  1 1 Unknown - $550

Registered as "DahJTkfw" with 1 - Papers Available

Donatella is a jet black 15 year old gaited TWH that stands approx 15 hands. She is said to need a light weight rider and cannot handle riders 200 plus pounds. They said it makes her back end sore and she could fall. Her previous owners said she is a well gaited mare but hasn't been ridden for a couple of years. She would be good for a lighter weight beginner rider as she is very nice to ride. They said she is not the best at trailering, but did not elaborate. Donatella is very sweet and friendly. She is easy to catch, loves attention, and is definitely an in your pocket type mare. She's beautiful in person and has a very kind disposition.

# Giselle - 12yr Bay / White Thoroughbred/ Paint  - $550

Giselle is said to be a 12 year old mare who has been used as a light trail riding horse for kids. She ties, loads, hauls, is good with her feet, and is nice and gentle on the ground. She will need some TLC and hoof care and is not UTD on her vaccines but was recently wormed. The previous owners said she could have an attitude towards other horses but I did not see that at the feedlot. She was buddied up to the Belgian Paint mare and did not seem like an alpha mare at all at the feedlot. She was friendly, loved attention, and wanted all the attention she could get. It was hard to get good photos because she wanted to be right by me. She seemed very kind and looks like a lovely mare who just needs her basic care needs met that were not done for her recently. I would guess her to stand approx 16hh. She is not sound.

Sold on 5/9/2017 to Marla
# Dafney - 11yr Chestnut Quarter Horse Type Mare - $550

Dafney is said to be a gentle and kind mare that can go in any direction. She saddles and rides, ties, loads, and is good with other horses. I saw no issues with her at all. She seems like a very sweet honest mare. Her previous owner said she is 16h, but she may be a bit shorter.

#408 Falling Star -  Bay Thoroughbred Mare - $400

I do not have any auction information on her at this time and will update her listing if I do get any additional information. She was very gentle, leads, and was respectful on the ground.

Sold on 5/7/2017
# Alpo - 15yr Chestnut Morgan Type Gelding - $450

This gelding ran through auction and was said to be sold for slaughter only. He looks to be in good shape, sound from what I could see at a trot, and quite the good looking gelding. I was told he is in his mid teens and has emphysema. There is something about him that is special. Maybe someone wants to take a chance on him or let him be a pet? He gets along great with the other horses and is very sweet and loves scratches. Update 4/7/17: Alpo was found and his identity has been confirmed. He was believed to have shipped but must have been in the sick pen and another unlisted chestnut similar most likely shipped. He is very lucky to be alive but is currently at risk for shipping on the next load out. New photos of him have been added to his listing.

Sold on 5/6/2017 to Marla
# Gilda -  Chestnut Quarter Horse Type Mare - $525

Gilda has been at the feedlot since August, originally listed as Nibble. She spent time in the quarantine pen and needs to finally go to her home. She stands approx 15hh and her feet are in great need of trimming. She will be beautiful again like her first photos in no time. She just needs TLC and much needed care. I was shocked to still see her and see that she has avoided shipping all this time. She is very lucky to still be alive and not shipped. I love this mare and know there has to be someone out there for her. She has grown weary after being at the lot so long, but she still will warm up to scratches. I don't have an age on her or any info but she deserves her chance. She was said to be broke to ride when she came in.

Sold on 5/5/2017

Her hooves look to be in good condition and she stands approx 14'1-2hh.

Sold on 5/4/2017 to Crystal
# Gus Gus - 25yr Chestnut Quarter Horse Gelding - $525

Gus Gus is a senior gelding who looks to be in good condition for his age. He stands approx 15'1hh with a medium build. He appeared to be sound from what I could see, but may not be 100% just because of his age. He is very easy to handle, loves attention, and has a nice gentle personality that seems to get along with everyone. He looks like a been there done that gelding with a lot of miles under him. He tolerates weight, picks up his feet, and must have been a good horse for someone to still be around at his age. His teeth looked to be in decent condition and he did not appear to have any issues eating the hay. He's a really sweet gelding and might make a nice light riding horse. I have no previous history on him so his past is a mystery, but he seems like an honest horse with a kind eye.

Sold on 5/3/2017 to Tamara

# Paltrow - 16yr White Quarter Horse Type Mare - $550

Paltrow is a kind and gentle mare who came in with minimal info. She is a heavy built mare that stands 15'3hh. She was not sold as sound because she had previously foundered. Her hooves have been neglected and they are long and breaking off. She was not visibly lame at a walk, but I suspect she could have a laminitic episode soon as she is on free choice alfalfa at the lot. She needs to get off the lot ASAP before more damage is done and she becomes laminitic She would benefit from a good farrier and a low NSC/ low sugar diet. Paltrow is very easy to handle, friendly, and gets along great with the other horses.

Sold on 4/29/2017 to Marla
# Grandma Maple - 24yr Bay Appendix QH Mare - $450

She has the kindest disposition and is very easy to handle on the ground. She pics up her feet, loves scratches, and soaks up any attention she can get. She is such a love and should be a wonderful addition as a family horse. She is lacking in top teeth so her age is just a guess, but I think she is somewhere in her 20's. She was not visibly lame and seemed to get along just fine with the other horses, but keeps mostly to herself at the feedlot and is lower in the pecking order. She is a gentle and kind mare who needs a soft place to call home. She did not seem to have an issue eating the chopped hay at the feedlot but would benefit from getting mashes made due to her lack of top teeth. She has saddle marks and some missing hair on her back. I would guess that she was recently being ridden.

I would guess him to be approx 15-15'1hh but have not taped him. He was just getting used to the new pen and surroundings so I didn't handle him once he was in the pen. Dori came in as part of a group. They said he is an Appy/Arab cross and green broke, but I don't know what training he has had if any, that's just what I was told. I don't know the last time he was worked with as he looks like she has been turned out with the group for some time. His hooves are overdue for trimming but he did appear to be sound. I would guess him to stand approx 14'2hh. He will be very pretty with a little TLC and clean up. I have not been able to catch him to check her teeth for an age estimation. He appears to be a gelding and did not have visible testicles. Update: I finally had a good look at Dori who was previously listed as "Doris" and he is indeed a boy, not a mare as said, so the listing was taken down and put back up as Dori! He appears to be a gelding and did not have visible testicles.

Sold on 4/13/2017 to Dea
# Alastair -  Sorrel Quarab Type Gelding - $475

Alastair came in with no information. He stands approx 14'2hh and looks to be sound at a walk and trot from what I could see. He gets along great with the other horses and will be a nice horse to bring home and see what he knows. I don't have an age on him but he appears to be a younger horse under 10.

# Adria - 2yr Sorrel Quarter Horse Mare - $350

Adria is a 2 year old super cute Quarter Horse filly sold as grade. She has been saddled and led but has not been started to ride yet. She is lovely in person and will make a wonderful project. She did have possible swelling above one knee. I tried to get photos of it but they didn't turn out the best since she is so friendly and kept wanting to say hello up close. I'm not sure if it's anything, but I'm noting it just in case. She moved fine at a walk and didn't seem to have any soundness issues I could see. She stands approx 14hh.

Sold on 4/13/2017 to Marla
#416 Fudge Brownie -  Black  Mare - $100

Fudge Brownie appears to be a young filly but I do not have any information in her from the auction. She is very cute, curious, and gets along great with the other horses. She was touchable and was able to be led with a lead rope. She stands approx 12'2 hh and appeared to be sound from what I could see. She is a beautiful color and will make a great training project.

Sold on 4/12/2017
#404 Faithful Gent -  Chestnut / White Pinto Gelding - $400

Faithful Gent is a senior gelding who is in need of some TLC. I have no auction information on him, but he behaves like a good old boy who has been there and done that. He stands approx 15'1hh and could use some groceries. He has some scrapes and is not completely sound. I am speculating he has some arthritis in his knees and his hooves need trimming. He also has what looks to me like some carcinoma in his eye as pictured. He did not seem to have any vision problems and did not have any trouble eating the hay. It just looks like someone fell behind on his care and he needs his basic care needs met. This is a very sweet gelding with a real kindness about him. He would love a nice place to retire and would be a good friend.

Sold on 4/12/2017
# Alise - 11yr Bay Quarter Horse Mare - $500

Alise is a very cute mare in person who has a curious and friendly personality. She is good with the other horses but seems a little low in the pecking order. The previous owners said she is a QH cross mare who is broke to ride and has had training. She was noted as UTD on vaccines and worming and stands approx 14'3hh. Her hooves looked to be in okay shape but due for trimming and cleaned up she will be a gorgeous mare. She is easy to handle on the ground and seems very gentle.

Sold on 4/12/2017 to Marla
# Glitzie -  Chestnut Saddlebred Mare - $475

The only information I have on Glitzie is that she is said to be a registered Saddlebred and was used as a hunter jumper. The previous owner said they would contact me with information after the horse was sold to the feedlot but I did not hear from them. She appears to be sound from what I could see and does have some saddle marks. She is sold as grade. I did not tape her, but am guessing her to be approx 15'2hh. I have not confirmed an age on her yet.

Sold on 4/11/2017 to Amy
# Gabrielle - 22yr Chestnut / White Belgian/ Paint  - $675

Gabrielle is said to be in her 20's and has been ridden by people of all ages, including most recently a 6 year old, 13 year old, and a 60 year old. She looked to be sound at a walk and trot and had no visible issues. She picks up her feet and her hooves looked to be in good condition. She is easy to catch, easy to handle, and has a nice mellow disposition. She stands approx 15'3-16hh and weighs in at 1400 pounds so she is a big girl. Gabrielle looks to be in good condition for her age and might make an excellent horse for someone who wants to pleasure ride with a nice gentle mare.

Sold on 4/11/2017 to Tara
# Darby -  Chestnut Walker Type Gelding - $375

I was told Darby is an older gelding who is a gaited breed and is broke to ride. He rode soundly through the ring and didn't appear to have any visible issues. He has become more friendly at the lot and gets along great with the other horses. He loves scratches and is now coming right up to me to say hello. He has gained some weight at the lot and is looking much better, but still thin and will need some general TLC and continued good nutrition. He appears to be approx 14'3hh.

Sold on 4/11/2017 to Marla
# Grenadine - 12yr Bay Morgan Type Mare - $575

Grenadine came with no information at all. She is a heavier built mare that appears to be a Morgan type. She has a gorgeous build and stands approx 14'3hh and appears to be in the 12 year age range. I have no history on her but she is definitely worth taking a chance on and seeing what she knows. She was easy to cath, loved scratches, and got along great with the other horses in the pen. I saw no soundness or other issues with her. I think she will be a pleasant surprise for someone.

Sold on 4/7/2017 to Sharyn
# Gavin - 15yr Bay Quarter Horse Gelding - $550

Gavin is said to be broke to ride and was an absolute gentleman for me. He is very kind and gentle and had wonderful manners. He picks up his feet nicely and they look to be in good condition and cared for. He is a little scruffy and shedding out his winter coat but he just needs some good grooming. The previous owners said he is broke to ride and he tolerated weight on his back for me just fine without moving. He gets along great with the other horses and has a mellow disposition. Gavin stands approx 15-15'1hh and had no visible issues. He's a very sweet horse and should be a great choice to bring home.

Sold on 4/7/2017 to Nicole
# Gabrio -  Chestnut Paso Fino Gelding - $275

Gabrio just came in to the lot and is said to be a Paso Fino horse who was ridden as a dancing horse. I don't have an age on him, but he appears to be older, over 15, and is in need of some good nutrition. He has teeth and can eat hay so I am speculating that he is thin because he was not given an adequate amount or quality of food. His hooves need to be trimmed and he will need his basic care needs met. I didn't see any obvious issues with him, but he takes time to warm up and will need someone with some patience to give him the care he deserves.

Sold on 4/7/2017 to Barbara
#401 Frito Bay -  Bay Mini Gelding - $400

Frito is an adorable mini gelding who is sure to make anyone smile. He is curious, friendly, and wants to be your best friend. He loves attention, picks up his feet, and is at least halter broke. He wants to be caught and will pick up the lead rope for you. I don't have any auction information on him so I don't know if he is broke or not, but he does tolerate weight pressed on his back, doesn't mind being touched anywhere, and didn't seem to mind a thing, even my sweater on him. He wasn't bothered by anything I did and was just a little joy to visit with. I would guess Frito to stand approx 32-34 inches tall. Pictures are provided for your age estimation. Frito also likes to lick! Since Frito is a mini, he can't ship to slaughter and is a courtesy listing for the Enumclaw Sales Pavilion where he is located.

Sold on 4/6/2017
#410 Firecracker - 6yr Bay Thoroughbred Mare - $600

Firecracker is a gorgeous mare who stands approx 15'3hh. She appeared to be sound with no visible issues and is a heavier built mare. I was told she is 6 years old. She came right up to us and was friendly, but pushy, and will need a refresher in manners in my opinion. She is definitely worth putting the time and training into and should be a great project. I do not have auction information on her and will update her listing if I do get any new information. From someone that knows of her "This mare is very well broke, just has been taught at times to be hyped up. Lots of trail miles. Very sweet. I don't know her well but have been on the trail when her former owner rode her and she is a great trail horse. I've also seen her ride in an arena a few times and she was great. She'll just need someone to retrain her to go easy instead of being amped up."

Sold on 4/6/2017
# Dilbert -  Bay Quarter Horse Gelding - $500

# Dazie - 14yr Sorrel Quarter Horse Mare - $575

Dazie is said to be a 14 year old mare who is broke to ride and was ridden through auction. She appeared to be sound with no visible issues. She is paired up with Darling Mama and did not want to be caught when I saw her. I would guess her to stand approx 14'2hh. She looked to be in good body condition and her hooves looked to have been maintained from what I could see. She is a very nice mare and might make a great trail or pleasure horse for someone. The writing on her coat is chalk, and not a number or letter brand.

Sold on 4/6/2017
# Ginger Bread -  Gray Quarter Horse Mare - $425

Ginger Bread came in with no information and appears to be a young filly. She has brands on her and may be originally out of Montana with her mule friend. She stands approx 14'2hh and appears to be in pretty good condition overall and sound from what I could see. She is curious but still a bit weary of people. I could touch and pet her but I did not try to halter her. She did not act wild at all and I think she will be a great project to take home and work with. She has a nice kind eye and is beautiful in person.

Sold on 4/5/2017 to Amanda
# Gage - 12yr Dun Pinto Gelding - $475

Gage came in with no information but he looks to be a really nice gelding. He is easy to catch, gets along great with the other horses, loves attention, and looks to be in good condition overall. He picks up his feet, tolerates weight pressed on his back, and seems like he has had some training. He would be a great horse to take home and see what he knows. I think he will be a pleasant surprise for someone. He has a willing to please attitude and will clean up to be very handsome. He is said to be in the 12-14 year age range and I would guess him to be approx 14'2hh. Someone that saw him states I saw this horse at auction and this is the information I was given: He is 12 to 14 years old, has not formaly been trained but will carry a rider on mountain rides if he can follow another horse. Previous owner had children on him, he is fine just needs to follow another horse."

Abelle stands approx 14'2hh and looks to be in fairly good condition. She came in with some horses that were used for riding and packing but there was no specific information on her. I do not have an age on her or any additional info. She is as cute as can be but just seems a little on edge being in the feedlot environment. I can't blame her one bit. I think she just needs a safe place to call home and security and she will be a great horse for someone. She will warm up to you and does seem to have a mellow personality, but is not trusting in her environment right now and seems unsure of her situation. Once she's home I think she will be a great little horse for someone. She doesn't look very old and her hooves look to be in decent condition. She warms up nicely and is a beautiful mare.

She does everything asked of her, picks up her feet, loves attention, and aims to please. Someone left a halter on her too long and she has scarring with white hair where it healed. Registered as with AQHA - Papers Unavailable

Rodham aka Hillary is said to be an AQHA registered mare but her papers were lost. She was sold as sound and appeared sound. The previous owners said she was broke to ride but they had not ridden her. It sounds like they did not have her very long and they said she did not get along well with another mare, but I did not see any issues with her at the lot. Carmen is said to be a 12 year old mare who was used for 4H. She was led through auction and was said to be there through no fault of her own as the result of a divorce situation. I would guess Carmen to stand approx 14'1-2 hh and has a medium build. She is due to have her hooves trimmed and looks to be in pretty good body condition. She was a little nervous in her environment but seemed to have a willing attitude. She was a little touchy with her back end but it may have been due to her circumstances. Her hooves look to be in good condition and she was recently trimmed and wormed with Ivermectin. The previous owner said she can be flighty at times and that she is a previous rescue. Wallflower stands approx 15hh and looks to be in decent body condition. Wallflower needs someone with patience to work with her and see what she knows. # Pinkie Pie -  Dun Quarter Horse Type Mare - $475

Update: 3/12/17 Pinkie Pie is back as available again after spending time in the quarantine sick pen. She is no longer showing any signs of sickness but was injured as shown on her back leg. It is still swollen but did not look infected and she was not sound, but not moving terrible on it and could move easily putting weight on that leg. There is a possibility that she is pregnant as she was housed with stallions prior to coming to the feedlot, but she is not confirmed to be in foal by a vet. Her weight looks good and her feet will need trimming. Pinkie Pie came in with no information. She appears to be a younger mare and stands approx 14'1hh. She does have a mark on her withers that could be a saddle mark, but I don't know what training she has had if any. She came in with a group of big draft cross horses and it is possible that she may be in foal to produce a draft cross. She did not want to be caught but did not act wild. She's a beautiful mare with very unique markings and should make a wonderful project for someone.

# Derik - 12yr Red Roan  Stallion - $500

Derik is a stunning stallion that is friendly and gentle. He has been saddled but I don't know for sure what level of training he has had. He gets along great with the other horses and does not act stallion-like. He loves apples and attention, and stays with the buckskin mare he came in with. His feet look to be in good condition and he appeared to be sound with no visible issues other than a scar on his hind leg that is pictured. He is really a beautiful horse in person and will make a fantastic gelding. Derik stands approx 14'3hh. His deadline is firm. Update 3/17/17 He seemed a little soft on his fronts today and they are packed full of muck. I was told he was sound when he came in and I saw no issues when I saw him the first time. I have no training or age information on her and will update her listing if I obtain more information. She is in need of some groceries and would really be stunning with some weight and TLC. Donut Peach is an adorable gray gelding who stands approx 14'1hh and appears to be a senior. I have no information on him as far as breed or history but he appears to have a Mustang type build and nose. I did not have an opportunity to handle him or check for a brand under his mane because of an irritated cow he was penned with that was not wanting me in the pen. I will check him out further the next opportunity I have to go to the lot once he is there and update his listing. He seems like a soft gentle natured older gelding who just needs a soft place to land and some good nutrition. He is adorable and has such a cute peachy color to him.

# Danton - 7yr Dun  Stallion - $650

Danton is a gorgeous stallion that looks to be about 7 years old based on his teeth. He is well behaved and is at least halter broke. He picks up his feet and they appear to be in good condition. He looked to be sound at a trot and had no flaws that I saw. He is gorgeous and will make a nice gelding and training project. He has a heavier build, a beautiful jawline, and stands approx 15-15'1hh.

# Abitha - 11yr Chestnut Thoroughbred Mare - $475

I don't have much info that came with her at this point and I didn't press her for much because she was having a hard time with the footing on hooves that are badly cracked. They said she has been ridden but I don't know if she raced or what level rider she would take. She is not sound now. She's at least 16hh and will be a rehab case for her feet. She is as sweet and loving as can be and just needs someone to care for her. I don't have a confirmation of age and she didn't want her mouth looked at, but they said she was 11. I didn't continue to try because I didn't want her to slip and she was obviously uncomfortable. I will post more info when I have it but this mare needs off the lot as soon as can be to have her hooves attended to.

Sold on 3/17/2017 to Humanity for Horses
# Wonderland - 9yr Bay Quarter Horse Type Mare - $475

Wonderland is a 9yr Bay Quarter Horse type mare who is 15.3hh, She is not sound due to a popped knee. She is said to be a great for children or beginners to learn on. She has good manners and comes right up to you, and is said to be easy to load. She stands for fly spray, bathing, and grooming. She is very level headed loud noises don't scare her (chain saws, weed eaters, construction work nearby), nor do things like walking on plywood or paper rustling in he bushes. They said she has never offered kick, bite, or buck. She has used a snaffle, rides bareback or with a saddle and does great. She doesn't seem herd bound at all and tends to be Alpha. She would be best suited for light loads and a slow gait.

Sold on 3/16/2017 to Marla
# Venezuela -  Chestnut Quarter Horse Mare - $550

Venezuela was previously used as a broodmare to produce Azteca foals. I have no training or age information on her. She has a beautiful long mane and is very pretty in person. She is gentle and friendly, and loves to be scratched. I didn't see any soundness issues and she is a nice tall mare, approx 15'2-3hh. She is out of the sick pen and is available but can ship at any time. She's very cute with her 4 white socks and looks to be a younger mare. She needs a fabulous day of beauty and will shine right up.

# Dexter - 4yr Black Quarter Horse Gelding - $575

Dexter is a gorgeous black gelding who is said to be 4 years old and should have been at least started. He has shoes on and is easy to handle. He stands 15h+ and looks to be in good body condition and sound. This is a very nice horse! Take him home and see what he knows. He is definitely worth taking a chance on. # Delila -  Buckskin Quarter Horse Type Mare - $575

Delila is a young mare who is said to be broke to ride. She has been with the red roan stallion so it is possible she is in foal. She stands approx 14'2hh and looks to be sound a a trot. She is friendly and gets along great with the other horses. I don't know what level rider she takes but they said that she is broke and they were riding her. I did not get a look at her teeth, but my guess would be that she is a 5-6 year old.

Sold on 3/15/2017
# Darling Mama - 10yr Bay / White Pinto Mare - $575

This mare appears to be heavy in foal and weighed in at 1045 pounds. She has feathered feet and looks to be in good body condition. She did look off in her back end slightly while trotting and my speculation is that it is due to being heavy in foal. She did not want to be caught but did not act wild. The previous owners said she was a pet so I don't know if she has been ridden or if she has had any training. Her hooves are in need of trimming and do have some cracks but aren't terrible. She is a gorgeous mare who is very deserving of her chance at a home.

Sold on 3/15/2017 to Emily
# A Family -  Bay  Unknown - $575

This group came in together from an impound auction. The appy mare and her two foals have been already listed and homed. They were listed as Yanamarie, Yoda, and Archee. The remainder of the group is available. As far as I know there are 2 mare and foal pairs, and one 2-3 year old colt that I assume has not been gelded yet. They will need experienced people and are project horses. The mare and foal pair with the smallest foal is priced at $550, the larger pair with older foal is priced at $575, and the colt is priced at $400. All look to be sound from what I can see and in pretty good body condition. I have not been able to see genders on youngsters and don't know what they are at this point, but will update if I can get that. I am posting them with this minimal info so they can be seen so people can come and see them by appointment themselves if they are interested. I do not know what training the mares have had and it is possible they are bred back, but that is unconfirmed. Please call or text if you are interested in seeing or purchasing any of them. All I have right now are these group photos.

# Yara - 8yr Bay Quarter Horse Mare - $600

Yara previously known as Marley stands approx 15hh and looks to be in good body condition. She has a hoof crack as pictured that will need immediate farrier work. She is friendly, easy to catch, and gets along great with the other horses. Her birthday is in April and is out of registered stock but the owner of her sire did not send in paperwork. She is listed as "Alyssas Bay Dun" on Allbreedpedigree.com. A previous owner contacted me when she found out she ended up in Sunnyside. She said" Marley is an 8 year old appendix quarter horse that is very in your pocket friendly. She has been handled since birth and was broke as a 3 year old with 60 days professional training. She has sat more than rode since that time with just basic riding & trails since. She will test her rider and needs a confident rider until she has more saddle time, she isn't mean, just is not well broke. She us very athletic & will try her heart out for you once she figures out you are boss, she doesn't need a firm hand, just someone to teach her again. She did know how to move off leg pressure, back, sidepass etc but will need a refresher." This is a very nice mare that sounds like she has a good foundation and just ended up in the wrong hands. She will need that hoof crack addressed, but other than that, I couldn't find one thing of issue. She has a ton of potential and should be a great horse for someone with just a bit of work.

Sold on 3/14/2017 to Ann
# Dorie -  Cream Mini Mare - $350

Dorie is an itty bitty Mini that is said to be pregnant and came in with the bay Mini stallion. Her hooves are horrible and have been neglected. She came in with no information at all. # Diego - 4yr Gray Andalusian X Gelding - $550

Diego is such a gem of a gelding! He is a high percentage Andalusian who should be in the 4 year age range. He has shoes on and is said to have been ridden. Diego stands approx 14'3hh and still should have quite a bit of growing to do. He behaves like a gentleman, does everything asked of him, and will put his head in the halter for you. He picks up his feet, leads, backs, and is respectful of space. He is easy enough for a beginner to handle on the ground and has a willing to please attitude. He gets along great with the other horses and appeared to have no issues and was sound from what I could see. This is a really nice horse and quite the feedlot find! He will be stunning with some good nutrition and the care he deserves.

Sold on 3/14/2017 to Ann
# Dan -  Chestnut Mule Gelding - $450

Dan is said to be broke to ride and pack. He is a nice gentle John Mule that stands 15h+. Dan appeared to be an older mule but in good condition and seemed to be sound from what I could see. He has the sweetest face and seems very kind. He was easy to handle and loved getting attention.

Sold on 3/14/2017 to Bobi
# Axel - 10yr Sorrel Quarter Horse Gelding - $525

This in your pocket gelding has been used for trails and ran through auction loose. They said he had a lot of miles on trails and has done ranch work. He is gentle, gets along great with the other horses, and seems like a very sweet horse. I would guess him to be about 15'2hh and he could use some weight.

Sold on 3/14/2017 to Marla
# Aubrey - 11yr Gray Quarab Mare - $475

Aubrey is said to be calm and has been used for trails. She was run through auction loose. Aubrey is said to have had 2 foals. She is said to load great and have a nice attitude. She has been ridden with a curb bit, hackamore, and snaffle. Aubrey seems to get along great with the other horses and has a curious personality. I would estimate her to be approx 14'2hh.

Sold on 3/14/2017 to Chris
# Aisling - 18yr Black / White Pinto Mare - $450

Aisling is said to be a previous rescue named Stormy. She has been out to pasture they said, but I don't know for how long. She looks like she has not been cared for much and her feet are terrible. She stands approx 14'2hh and will need some TLC. She comes right up to you and is easily handled, but she will give grumpy faces. She didn't once act mean or give any sort off threat, but did give me a cranky face. She loves scratches and rubs and may have just been giving me cranky face because it stopped. She has character and I love her personality. If she is indeed a previous rescue, she deserves much better than this.

Sold on 3/14/2017 to Marla
# Waffle -  Flaxen Chestnut Mustang Gelding - $400

Waffle is a mix of sorts, probably a mixture of domestic and local wild horse. He stands approx 14hh and looks to be in good body condition and sound from what I've seen. He's a stout young guy and will need training from the ground up. He is buddies with and came in with Voltage. He will be a nice project and has a sturdy build with a really cute face. I don't know how old he is but was told he is in the coming 3 year age range.

# WinterGold - 20yr Chestnut Thoroughbred Mare - $450

WinterGold came in with Whispering Wind and also had no information come with her. She is at least halter broke, in your pocket friendly, and appeared to be sound from what I could see there. She will need some good nutrition and I would guess her to be about 20 years old. She picks up her feet, aims to please, and comes right up to you for love. She stands approx 16hh and looks to have been maintained except for needing weight. I would be surprised if she wasn't broke and she tolerates weight pressed on her back with no issue. She is a well mannered and a lovely mare.

#KW101 KW101 - 25yr Chestnut / White Paint Mare - $450

# Yves -  Dun Quarter Horse Mare - $475

Yves came in with no information and was ran through auction loose. She appears to have a vision impairment on one side and could be blind in that eye. She came in underweight but has been gaining weight at the lot. She gets along great with the other horses and did not appear to have any soundness issues. She looks like she has not had much care for some time, and was most likely neglected and tossed away. She is curious but does act unsure and a bit scared at the lot. She needs some TLC and someone with a gentle hand. I would guess her to be approx 14'3hh. This pretty line back dun is at risk for shipping out on the next load and is an ASAP listing.

#58 Calarma - 15yr Chestnut Saddlebred Mare - $300

Registered as "Kalaramas Flirtatious Folly" with ASHA - Papers Available

Kalarama's Flirtatious Folly listed here as Calarma is a 2002 Saddlebred mare who was previously used as a lesson horse and ridden by a young intermediate rider. She was led through auction and could not even get a bid due to her swayback. She was sold to the Sales Pavilion after auction and is now listed here for resale through them. We were able to learn more about her from previous for sale ads that said she is a "super nice and quiet advanced beginner lesson or trail horse. Smooth walk, trot, and canter. Trail rides perfect and quiet, and drives. Been shown in saddle seat pleasure classes by a child. She has also been ridden Western, English, and bareback. Super easy to handle. She clips, loads, ties, shoes, and bathes very well. Super easy mare for everything." Her last for sale ad was only 9 months ago where she is pictured with a young rider stating her skills/disciplines as:" Breeding, English Pleasure, Ridden Western, Saddle Seat, Show Experience, Trail Riding, Western Riding, Youth." Calarma stands approx 15'1-2hh and is a nice kind mare who should be easy enough for anyone to handle on the ground. She is very soft and sweet natured and seems to soak up any kindness she can get. She did look to be sound but is indeed swaybacked and in my opinion, underweight. Her hooves need trimming but she picks them up just fine. You can tell that she was a lesson horse and seems to be very a patient and gentle mare that would be a very appreciative companion.

Sold on 3/9/2017
# Yamka -  Chestnut Quarter Horse Type Mare - $425

Yamka came in with Yentil and is a very sweet and loving mare. She has short teeth making it difficult to guess her age, but it is safe to say she is most likely at least 20 and a senior. She tolerates weight and I would guess that she is broke to ride, but I don't know for sure and her previous owners said nothing about her. She is easy to handle, gets along great with the other horses, and has a very gentle natured personality. She appeared to be sound from what I could see and had no visible issues other than her shortened smile. She is a lovely mare that deserves a nice place to retire and seems to have a lot of life and love left to give. She stands approx 14'2-3hh and looks to be in good body condition for her age.

Sold on 3/7/2017 to Marla
# Vivien - 10yr Liver Chestnut Quarter Horse Mare - $550

Vivien is said to be 10 years old and does have saddle marks. She looks to be in good body condition and sound from what I could see. She is as cute as can be, friendly, and easy to handle. She stands approx 14'2hh with a medium build. She is gorgeous in person and has a beautiful build. She was a bit grumpy with the other mares and wanted the attention to be hers. She is very people orientated and seemed to have a willing to please attitude. She is more of an alpha mare in my opinion, but that could just be because she is in an unfamiliar feedlot environment.

Sold on 3/7/2017
# Asher -  Dun Kiger Mare - $450

Arthur is a gentle giant that should be broke to ride. He has nice manners and looks to be a soft and gentle horse. He is said to be 20 years old and a one owner horse. Arthur stands approx 16hh and has a larger build. I saw no soundness issues and he looks to be in good body condition with good feet. He does have a spot in one eye that appears to be an old injury but I believe he can see out of that eye. There are photos in this listing where you can see it. He is easy to handle, loves attention, and in my opinion, would be a great family horse. I absolutely fell in love with this big fuzzy guy!

Sold on 3/6/2017 to Amanda
# AlleyCat - 4yr Black / White Pinto Gelding - $475

This cute gelding probably had a beautiful and full tail but that was taken from him too with what looks like a horrible home haircut before running through auction where the majority of horses go for meat. He's said to be 4 and a trail horse, but I haven't seen him ridden so don't know for sure. He stands approx 14'2hh and looked to be sound as far as I could see. His feet have not been cared for and need trimming as they are starting to flare out. He is nice once caught and gets along great with the other horses, but seems shy and unsure of where he is. He has bright eyes but no bushy tail and I'm hoping someone can see past that and give him a home. He needs the basics of care but will be a nice horse for someone that wants to clean him up and see what he knows.

# Anita -  Chestnut Quarter Horse Type Mare - $575

Anita was ridden through auction bareback by a young boy. She has shoes on all fours and appeared to be sound with no obvious issues. I don't have an exact age on her but would guess her to be in her teens and in good shape for her age. She is gentle on the ground, easy to be around, loves attention, and gets along great with the other horses. She stands approx 14'3-15hh and is actually a very pretty mare in person. She should be well broke and has the saddle marks to prove it. I think she's wonderful and she seems like a nice honest horse.

He has filled out quite a bit and looks to be in much better body condition now. Because he has been there so long and is now out of the quarantine sick pen, he is an ASAP listing which means he can ship anytime. Yoyo is a beautiful horse and just needs someone to spend some time with him and see what he knows. He is really something special in person, looks to be sound with no issues, and is a beautiful mover who stands proud. He looks to be younger and will be a wonderful project for someone.

# Admirer - 7yr Bay Quarter Horse Gelding - $550

This is the only information I have at this time. Admirer rode well through the ring and is said to be 7 years old. He gets along great with the other horses and is nice and gentle on the ground.

# Ace of Hearts - 15yr Chestnut  Gelding - $650

Ace is a very handsome gelding in person. His breed wasn't listed but I would guess he is something other than straight QH. He is said to be 15 years old, a one owner horse, and was used to ride and pack. He appeared to be sound at a walk and trot and had no visible issues. He is a very nice horse and photos do not do him justice. He stands approx 15'3hh and looks to be well cared for and in good condition. Ace seems like he would be a good mountain horse or steady trail partner. He has a nice kind eye and gentle disposition.

# Yale -  Chestnut Quarter Horse Gelding - $550

Yale is said to be broke to ride but came with no other information. I don't have an age on him or know what level rider he takes, but I would guess him to be under 10 based on his appearance, and was sound as far as I could see. He is a nice shapey gelding who stands approx 15h. He is at risk for shipping on the next truck so I am listing him with the minimal info I have.

Sold on 2/27/2017 to Marla
# Alderwood - 17yr Palomino Quarter Horse Gelding - $650

Alderwood is said to be broke to ride and has no spook. He was ridden through auction and was sold as grade. This guy is a sweetheart. He needs some clean up and weight but you can see he is a nice horse. He is gentle, loves attention, and gets along with the other horses but seems a little low in the pecking order. He had no obvious physical issues and is an absolute sweetheart. He is a nice tall horse. I have not taped him but his previous owner said he stands 16'1hh. They said he would be a good lesson or "husband" horse and is very broke. He has been used on trails and as a beach horse. He loads, ties, and is said to have no buck, bite, or spook. He was sold as unsound due to an old injury but still good to ride with a joint support supplement. He has been on legacy pellets and is said to move fine with the added supplement. He was sold through no fault of his own due to owner loss of income. He is current on worming and was trimmed in November. They noted the rider level as beginner.

# Yogi - 15yr Flaxen Chestnut Quarter Horse Gelding - $600

Yogi is a nice stout ranch type gelding that is broke to ride and recently sent out for a tune up. He stands approx 14'2hh and looks to be in good body condition and sound. He is gentle on the ground, easy to catch, and loves attention. He seems perfect in every way, but he's got a flaw. His teeth (or lack of) are a mess. It looks like he wore them down at some point but has showed no signs of cribbing at the feedlot or his most recent location. He doesn't like a bit (most likely because of his lack of teeth) and rides in a bosal. his weight is good and he has no issue eating at the lot and seems to be doing quite well. He's a very nice horse and seems like a nice choice for a trail or ranch horse. Just don't ask him to smile, but I'm sure he'd be willing to do just about anything else!

Sold on 2/24/2017 to Danielle
# Alexander -  Chestnut / White Pinto Gelding - $550

Alexander stands approx 15hh and is said to be a 7 year old APHA gelding who is sold as grade. To me, he looks older than 7 based on his teeth, and closer to being teenage, but again, his previous owner listed him as 7. They said he is green broke and has been used on trails, and best for an intermediate rider. I did not see any soundness issues with him. He gets along great with the other horses and loves scratches. His feet looked okay and overall he is in decent condition.

# A Diva - 12yr Bay Quarter Horse Mare - $650

Registered as "ELEGANT BALLY BAR" with AQHA - Papers Available

Diva stands approx 15hh and was sold through auction as sound and needing an experienced rider. She has been at the feedlot for a few months and just came out of quarantine. There are photos of her from when she first came to the lot along with current photos taken last week, and additional photos provided by a previous owner that had sold her November of 2015. This was her previous for sale ad: "She was Elegant Bally Bar is a 10 year old mare standing 15hh. Walk, trots, lopes, stops and backs. Three years ago she was used to gather cattle and she was started on barrels. Never hauled and would need a refresher but she is the perfect mare to work cattle, barrel race, trail ride or even preform in a show ring. Started riding her again about a month ago and no buck. My training horses come first so I never have time to work her. She needs to go to a home that will use her and love her. Up to date on shots, worming, chiro, etc. She bathes, trailers, stands for farrier, ride alone or in a group." Her consignor to auction stated that she is "mentally unsound" for riding and it is speculated that that was said because she has an issue with her ears being touched and should be worked with daily on that issue and the people who had bought her were not consistent with that. She has been a friendly feedlot resident who gets along great in a herd. Diva is a quality horse that should do great after a tune up and someone to work with her on her ear issue. She was wormed last August by the consignor and again at the feedlot with Ivermectin. She was last trimmed in July so she will need her hooves trimmed. Her last vaccines and chiropractic were in November of 2015 as far as I know. Papers and transfer are in order. In the photos from last week her knee appears to be slightly swollen but I did not notice any lameness. I am guessing she could have slipped on ice.

# Vilma - 18yr Bay Quarter Horse Mare - $550

Vilma is available again and out of the quarabntine sick pen. She is an ASAP listing and will be shipping on the next load out. Vilma is a big beautiful QH mare who stands approx 15hh. She was said to have been the grandkids riding horse but was turned out for a while so she will need a tune up. She looks to be in good condition for her age and sound as far as I could tell. She is a very nice horse who is easy to handle and has a willing to please attitude. She picked up her feet for me, tolerated weight pressed on her back, and loved attention. She is going to need a fabulous day of beauty as she has burrs and a very matted mane, but should clean up beautifully. I really liked this mare and think she has a lot of years left to be a good riding partner for someone.

# Albert - 10yr Sorrel Quarter Horse Gelding - $550

Registered as with AQHA - Papers

Albert otherwise known as Coolest Cache aka Cash is a 10 year old AQHA gelding that stands 15.2 handsl. They said he is nearly completely recovered from stringhalt and would be an intermediate rider’s horse. Nice riding gelding, not spooky, throw a rope, ride in a group or alone it doesn’t matter. He can be pushy on the ground so an intermediate handler would be best for in hand. No buck or rear is what they said. He gets along great with the other horses and seems like a very nice well put together horse.

Sold on 2/22/2017
# A LuLu - 21yr Black Draft Mare - $1250

Lu is a 21 year old mare who stands 17 hands and weighs in at 1900 lbs. She is said to be broke to drive single or double, has excellent ground manners. The previous owners did not ride her so they did not know if she is broke to ride. She is in great shape & has not been used hard in the last 10 years, they said. They said she is easy to catch & harness and also had her teeth floated in October. She gets along great with other horses, comes right up to you, and has a nice mellow disposition. Her looved looked good and she looked to be in good shape overall.

# Applejack -  Chestnut Varnish Appaloosa Gelding - $650

AppleJack is said to be a smooth mouth Appaloosa gelding who stands 15.2 HH. They said he is a smooth ride and 4 –H trained, takes leads , side passes, rides good in area and has been out on many trails too. He is a nice big horse that would be great as a ranch or trail horse or an easy rider for someone that wants a great horse as a weekend rider. They said he is a smooth mouth which usually means in their teens. He appeared to be sound from what I could see and had no visible issues. There are also two photos I found from his previous that have been added to his listing.

Alena is an APHA 1998 broodmare registered as RH Calendar Girl. This is a big good looking mare who is very easy to handle and belongs in the show ring. She stands 15'2hh and was said to have had 5 foals by the previous owner. She did have one small scrape on her leg but I did not find any other issues or flaws. # AJ - 15yr Bay Quarter Horse Gelding - $0

Price to come- This gelding is really nice and gentle, and looked to be in good condition overall and sound from what I could see at a trot. He was used as a ranch horse and has been on trails up in the mountains. They said he is also trained to lay down so you can get on him that way! He should be in the 15 year age range and has a nice level head. This is one nice well trained horse!

# A Ruby - 10yr Flaxen Chestnut Quarter Horse Mare - $600

Ruby is a gorgeous mare in person and gentle on the ground. She is said to be good around kids and has been ridden by children. They said she has been used mostly in the mountains and has been around cattle. She loves attention and gets along great with the other horses. She looked to be in good condition overall and will make someone a great partner. She stands approx 15hh and appeared to be sound from what I could see. She is very friendly and always attentive. She seems like a very smart and willing horse. She is sold as grade.

Sold on 2/20/2017
# Yasmin - 15yr Bay Quarter Horse Mare - $550

Yasmin's previous owners said she is broke to ride and was used mostly as a trail horse. She is friendly, will seek you out for attention, and is very tolerant. She has not been ridden since this past summer so she will need a tune up. She does have saddle marks as shown so I am assuming she was ridden quite a bit. Yasmin stands approx 14'3hh and did appear to be sound from what I could see. She gets along great with the other horses and is a very nice calm mare.

Sold on 2/19/2017 to Marla
# Azriel - 10yr Red Roan Quarter Horse Mare - $650

Azriel is well broke but has been sitting all winter so she will need a tune up and should be good to go.. Azriel has been used for ranch work and pleasure riding. She is easy to handle and is approximately 10 years old based on her teeth. She stands about 14.2-14.3hh with a nice solid build. This horse was previously at the feedlot August of 2015 and was only returned because they had too many horses and Azriel was not currently being used. This is a very nice mare who has been well taken care of. Her hooves looked good and she picks them up easily. She appeared to be sound and had no visible issues. She is friendly, easy to catch, loves attention, and should make a fantastic partner for someone. Her only flaw that I saw that was a non issue is an old scar on her neck. She is gorgeous in person and will be a stunning ride this spring once cleaned up.

Sold on 2/19/2017 to Kelsey
# Ameliae - 12yr Chestnut Paint Mare - $675

Registered as "DC Suzie Girl" with APHA - Papers Available

Price to come- Ameliae is a 12 year old registered Paint mare. She is halter broke, easy to clip, tie, lead and wash. She has nice manners and is easy to handle. She stands about 15.2hh and appears to be in good condition. This mare's pedigree reads like a "whose who" of the halter horse world. Her sire is a 2x World Champion, her mother is an AQHA Superior Halter mare, both her grandsires were World Champions (1 once, the other 3 times), all of her great grand sires were Champions, most of them were World Champions. Same with great-great grandsires - all champions or world champions. She may be able to be dual registered into the AQHA as both her parents were registered AQHA and she has DNA parentage verification already done. This mare is rumored to be N/H which means she carries HYPP. This does not preclude her from a normal and useful life, but it does mean that she needs a managed diet (timothy over alfalfa for example) and she needs to have as much turn out and/or exercise as possible. She has lived her life up to this point as a broodmare, but we hope that now she will go on to become a riding horse and perhaps a show horse. In my experience these mares tend to take readily to training and to turn into great mounts.

# Wiliam -  Sorrel Paint Gelding - $550

Wiliam came with no info at all except that they listed his age as older. He is a nice big gelding who stands proud and looks like he would have many stories to tell. He's approachable but not overly friendly and I got the impression he stands guarded in the feedlot environment. I think he would soften up once taken off the lot. To me he looks like he would have been a working ranch horse and I would bet that he is broke, but again, I sadly have no history information on him and it's just my impression. He has nice soft beautiful blue eyes and I would guess he is a Paint horse and approx 15'2hh. Update: He dos look like he could possibly have a BLM brand on him. He warmed up quite a bit and loves scratches. I think he will be a great horse for someone who has patience and time to earn his trust.

Sold on 2/14/2017 to Clare
# Wuzzy - 4yr Bay Quarter Horse Type Mare - $550

Wuzzy is friendly, appears to be sound, and nice and gentle on the ground. The previous owners listed her age as 4 but I have not looked at her teeth. She stands approx 15'2hh. I have no previous history information on her.

#052 Bogie - 4yr Bay Thoroughbred  - $400

Registered as with Jockey club - Papers Unknown

Bogie is a bay tb gelding, said to be 4 years old. I believe he is tattooed but I did not get enough of a look to have any idea what the tattoo might be. He is about 16hh maybe a little more and has a nice build. He stood quietly tied out back before the sale and seemed mostly friendly but auction house staff reported he was difficult to halter and had an attitude, he came in in a straight load trailer with just a rope around his neck. He was said to have 4 rides on him but that is not verified, he led well in the ring and respected his handlers space. His feet are in need of a trim and he has the spread that is common with tb hooves. He appeared sound in the ring. Bogie would benefit from some good feed since he is slightly underweight but overall he appeared to be in decent condition

Sold on 2/9/2017 to Sarah
#58 Bling - 10yr Chestnut TB/Arabian Mare - $400

Bling is said to be a 10 y/o Arab/tb cross mare. She was ridden through the ring and rode well although appeared to be a little on the hot side. I did not get a chance to handle her directly because she was turned out in the pen and was upset over her friend she came in with leaving. Conditions were icy at the lot. She is about 15.3hh, has a very nice build and appeared sound with clean legs. Before the sale she was quite, tied out back. This mare seemed like a nice prospect for someone with the experience to handle a horse with a little go.

Sold on 2/9/2017
# Wine - 15yr Bay Quarter Horse Mare - $550

Wine is a mid teens QH mare who stands 14'2-3hh. The previous owners were told she is broke but not much else is known. She has a nice build, and is a sweet horse who hauls great, stands for farrier, and ties. She was ridden through auction. She picks up her feet, loves attention, and gets along great in a herd.

Sold on 2/8/2017
# Yama -  Chestnut Thoroughbred Gelding - $350

Yama was a companion horse and sent to the lot after his companion passed away. He was raced at the track but I don't know if he was ridden since. He developed an anxious habit of pawing with his foot and hitting his leg on the stall. He developed a bump on that leg from constantly hitting it and that bump has now grown to the size of a cantaloupe. He moves on that leg fine and does not appear to be in pain. He stands approx 16hh and is a very sweet and friendly gelding. He comes right up to you and wants to be friends. He would make an excellent companion horse and is very easy to handle. He gets along great with the other horses and has a kind and gentle personality. I did not see any pawing behavior at the lot and I'm thinking it is probably something he did while stalled. There are photos of his tattoo but I do not have an ID on him at this time.

Sold on 2/7/2017 to Marla
# Yarrow -  Chestnut / White Pinto Mare - $625

Yarrow is a gorgeous big bodied mare who has been well taken care of and is at the feedlot through no fault of her own. I don't have an age on her at this time but she does appear to be a younger mare. She has been a pet and I do not believe she is broke to ride. She is possibly a Paint/ Tennessee Walker cross. Yarrow appeared to be sound with no visible issues and I would guess her to be at least 15'2hh. She is friendly, approaches to say hello, and really seems to like people. I didn't get an age on her because I am not a fan of the bull in their pen. I will try next time I am at the lot and update her listing. She is halter broke and seems like a very willing mare.

Other on 2/6/2017
# Yammy -  Gray Quarter Horse Gelding - $650

Yammy is a very well built stocky QH gelding who stands 15h+. He has been in training and started and had a lot of round pen work but his previous owners couldn't afford to continue his training. I don't have an age on him but would guess him to be younger, most likely under 10, but I did not look at his teeth because I am not friends with the bull in his current pen. I will try and have a look next time and post when I know more. He is a gorgeous gelding who should have a great start to his foundation and needs someone to continue his training. He gets along great in a herd but mostly stays together with the Pinto mare he came in with. They are at the lot through no fault of their own and are quality horses who just had unfortunate circumstances that brought them there.

Other on 2/6/2017
# Yalina - 19yr Gray Thoroughbred Mare - $500

Registered as "Stick N Stein" with Jockey Club - Papers Unavailable

Yalina came into the lot with no information. She is easy to catch and handle, picks up her feet, and has a nice gentle personality. She does have a tattoo and has raced. She stands approx 16hh and did appear to be moving soundly at a walk. Her teats look like she could have recently nursed a foal. Since I have no history on her I do not know if she is bred or what training she has had. She is a very sweet mare and gets along great in a herd. There is one lump on her tail as shown, but nothing visible that I saw anywhere else. Excuse the personal photos, but it's important for a new owner to know.

Sold on 2/6/2017 to Tasha
# Wallie -  Bay / White Pinto Gelding - $525

The only thing that was written on his info sheet was "trained for Mexican Rodeo." They provided no info on age or training level. I will try and update his info when I see him again, but he didn't want to be caught and I honestly didn't try too hard because of the icy conditions. I could touch and scratch him but that's all I did. He appeared to be younger, sound and in good body condition. Wallie gets along great with the other horses and seemed curious but shy. I really liked him and my general impression was that he has a lot of heart and would be a great horse for someone that has time and patience to show him people can be kind. He has a nice sturdy build and a mustang look about him. I would guess him to be approx 14'2hh.

Sold on 2/6/2017 to Kelly
# Yahoo - 20yr Dun Quarter Horse Gelding - $650

Update on this gentleman from a previous owner- Yahoo was a kids horse that was roped off of and did gaming and should be 20 years old now. He was a horse the kids could jump on bareback and take into the river to use as a diving board. It sounds like they did everything with him and he's as gentle as they come. He was sold to another family when those kids grew and was used for some gaming. He should be beginner safe and will be a great addition for anyone looking for a family horse. Yahoo was brought to auction with a group of horses that were said to be between the ages of 8 and 15 years old. He stands approx 15'1hh and looks to be in good body condition. He was ridden through the auction ring bareback and I was told he looked to be sound in the ring.

Sold on 2/4/2017
# Witley - 2yr Sorrel Quarter Horse Mare - $400

Witley is a nicely bred QH filly that is going to fill out beautifully. She is friendly, gets along great with the other horses, and has a nice stocky build for her age. # Angelfire - 8yr Bay Quarter Horse Mare - $550

Angelfire was said to have been green broke but she will need an experienced handler and will need training including her groundwork. She is a gorgeous mare who stands approx 15-15'1hh and appears to be sound from what I could see. She will be a project but is worth the effort. She has a great build and size and seems like a very smart mare.

Sold on 2/4/2017 to Marla
# Veruca Salt -  Palomino / White Paint Mare - $550

Veruca Salt is said to have been a broodmare. She is fine to handle, leads, and hauls, but they said she is grumpy and that is why she is there. She stands approx 14'2hh and looks to be in good body condition. She is sold as grade and no papers are available. She appears to be sound with no visible issues, other than an ears back attitude. She did not threaten in any way and was fine to touch and handle, but did give me sour grumpy faces. I think she's great, and will be a nice training project. I think she's ready for a life beyond making babies. *Update- I saw Veruca again and she was an absolute sweetheart. She loves scratches, comes right up to you, and can't get enough attention. I had a hard time getting photos because she wanted to be right next to me. She is an absolute gem. She's adorable and I absolutely love her personality! I would guess her to be in her early teens. She was came out of quarantine and was wormed 12/07/16 Update: 1/26/17- Vercuca has a leg wound that looks to be just below her knee. She is weight bearing on it and it looks like it is not very deep. She needs off the lot ASAP.

# Archee - 1yr Dark Bay Appaloosa Stallion - $250

Archee is a coming yearling and the colt of the mare that was listed as Yanamarie. He appears to be sound and had no visible issues. He is very cute and curious but probably has not had much handling if any. He is going to be a great spring project and should mature into a nice sized foundation style Appaloosa.

Sold on 2/3/2017 to Peggy
# Yoda - 2yr Bay Appaloosa Mare - $250

Poor Yoda is the reason people should never leave halters on foals. Her hair grew over her halter that was badly embedded. She should be a coming 2 year old and was brought to the lot with her mother who was listed as Yanamarie. .She will need some TLC and training from the ground up. She has had a rough time lately and truly needs a rescuer to help her mend and earn trust. She also now has a leg wound as shown in some of the photos. This sweetheart needs someone with patience and compassion to take her home, gain trust, and treat her wounds. Please call or text if you would like to make an appointment to see her or purchase her.

# Yeva - 8mo Chestnut Paint Mare - $300

Yeva is an adorable and very friendly filly born May, 16, 2016. She is as cute as can be and is going to be a great project to work with. She is curious, wants to know what you are doing, and loves to investigate. She is at the lot with her mother who is registered APHA as "Promise Me A King." There is no paperwork that comes with this filly and she is sold as grade. Her mother was born chestnut and did gray out so there is a possibility she may turn gray as well.

# Yesterday - 11yr Gray Paint Mare - $500

Registered as "PROMISE ME A KING" with APHA - Papers Available

Yesterday is a beautiful mare who came in with her filly. I have no history on her other than she was previously used as a broodmare. She is friendly, looks to be in pretty good condition, and had no visible issues that I saw. She stands approx 15hh and is a beautiful dappled gray. Her papers do list her as a chestnut and it was noted that those are indeed her papers when she was sold. She is at least halter broke and her hooves look like they have been kept up.

Sold on 2/2/2017 to Kimberly
# Aimee -  Chestnut / White Paint Mare - $550

Aimee is a younger mare who stands approx 14'3hh. She is at least halter broke and friendly. She gets along great in a herd and has pretty good manners. She picks up her feet and loves scratches. I don't have an exact age on her but would guess she looks to be about 5 from what I could see at a quick glance, and I was told she is younger. Her feet need trimming and I do not think she is broke, so she will need training to be a saddle horse. She is going to be a wonderful project for someone. She has a nice solid build and is beautiful in person with very cute unique markings. She came from a private seller and is at a good weight and was taken care of prior to coming to the lot.

Sold on 2/2/2017 to Kimberly

Yentil is a gorgeous mare who stands approx 14'3hh and appeared to be sound from what I could see. She is shod all the way around and picks up her feet easily. She is easy to catch and is friendly. She is bonded with an older chestnut mare she came in with and stays by her side but does get along well with the other horses. Yentil was previously a dancing horse before coming to the lot. Yentil does have a shoulder brand. The previous owners did say she is a saddle horse. This is a very nice mare!

# Yonkers - 17yr Palomino Quarter Horse Gelding - $325

Yonkers has to be one of my favorites at the lot right now. He was previously used as a hunting and packing horse so he should be well broke. He is kind and very gentle, and I love everything about him. He needs general TLC and a lot of groceries but he might be a great teacher for someone or a steady partner once he gets back into condition. He has a willing to please been there done that attitude and just such a soft and gentle spirit. I didn't tape him but would guess him to be around 14'3hh.

Sold on 1/27/2017
# Yankee Doodle - 12yr Palomino Quarter Horse Gelding - $550

Price to come- Yankee Doodle is said to have been used as a hunting and packing horse. He is a really handsome fellow and should make someone a nice riding partner. I would guess him to stand approx 14'3hh and he looked to be sound from what I could see and in decent condition. He did come in with Yonkers and they would also be a great matched pair for someone. He will need his hooves cleaned up but I found no issues with him. He's a very nice gelding!

# Yanamarie -   Varnish Appaloosa Mare - $650

Yanamarie is queen of a mare who has been used in parades in full Native dress and ended up down on her luck. She is a mare that they could trow out in the field and saddle up and go. She is at the lot through no fault of her own and with some TLC will be parade worthy again in no time. She stands approx 15'2hh and did appear to be sound from what I could see. I was able to locate some photos of her and she is is what they said she was. This horse is a treasure and one not to pass up. I do not have teeth photos of her at this time, but guess her to be in her teens.

Sold on 1/27/2017
# Vali - 10yr Bay Belgian/TB Mare - $650

Vali is a beautiful mare who is said to be a Belgian Thoroughbred cross. She is at least halter broke, leads, and loads well. She stands approx 16hh and looks to be in pretty good condition and sound from what I could see. I don't have much information on her but they did say that her brother was Oregon dressage horse of the year named "Lickety Split." They said she is open meaning not pregnant. Vali might also make a great dressage horse if someone were willing to put the time into her training. She was super friendly and hard to get photos of because she was so friendly.

Sold on 1/26/2017
# Wysteria -  Bay Appendix QH Mare - $500

Wysteria is said to be broke and used to ride and pack. She rides in a bosel and has been used up in the mountains. She appears to be sound, in good body condition, and had no issues that I saw. She had just come off the trailer when I saw her and was just getting used to her new environment so I did not handle her or look at her teeth. I would estimate her to be approx 15'1hh and in her teens. She is very pretty in person and a stunning color.

# Wings - 6yr Chestnut  Mare - $550

Wings is an elegant mare who stands approx 15'3hh. The previous owners listed her age as 6. She appeared to be sound and is a nice gentle mare. No history information is known. # Yamila -  Bay Quarter Horse Type Mare - $525

Yamila came in after her 8 month old foal was taken off of her yesterday. She is at a good weight and looks to be on good body condition. Her hooves looked okay but do need trimming. Her last foal was sired by an Andalusian and it is possible she was bred back. She is a nice big mare and looks to be a younger mare. They didn't say her age but I would guess her to be under 10. I tried to look at her teeth and she was not very cooperative. She hauled and led well but I don't know what training she has had if any. She was easy to walk up to and catch after being put into the pen with other horses. She picked up her feet and behaved very well in her new environment. I know this mare has potential. She had her foal taken away, was hauled to the feedlot, put in a pen with about 30 strange horses, and still I could walk right up to her and she behaved very well. She really seemed to like attention and even after going through all of that in a day, she was still friendly.

Sold on 1/16/2017 to Cathy
# Walford -  Dark Bay Thoroughbred Stallion - $450

Walford is said to be broke to ride and is a tattooed OTTB. He stands approx 15'2hh and appeared to be in good body condition. He looked to be sound at a walk and trot but he does have some scrapes on his front legs. There are photos in his listing and it looked to be minor. He picked up his feet easily and was nice and gentle on the ground. He was so well behaved I did not know he was a stallion. He did not act stallion like at all and gets along great with the other horses. I could not read his tattoo due to the dark pigment on his lip, but there are teeth photos provided for your age estimation.

Sold on 1/14/2017 to Madeline
# Waldorf - 12yr Black / White Paint Mare - $525

Waldorf is said to be a 12yr paint mare who has been a broodmare and ranch horse. They said she has been ridden but I have no idea when or what level of rider she takes. She is said to be up to date on worming and vaccines. She is in good body condition but did have what looked to be a cut on her rear end that had some drainage. She is a nice gentle mare and looks like a wonderful addition for anyone. I would guess her to be approx 14'2-3hh. Her hooves are overgrown and in need of some good farrier work but she does pick them up.

Sold on 1/14/2017 to Rachel
# Walt - 15yr Bay Quarter Horse Gelding - $600

He picks up his feet easily, gets along great with the other horses, and appeared to be sound from what I could see. I don't know what level of rider he takes or what he was used for but his disposition makes me think he would be a great trail or ranch horse.
